I am amused by all the comments made previously. I used to work there. While I no longer work there, I still use them as my primary care provider. Why? Because I know what is going on behind the scenes and it is all good! There is not one human being that is perfect. We all make mistakes! While someone at the front may seem to be short and/or rude, put yourselves in their shoes. They are very, very busy and do not have time to sit there and discuss personal issues with you! If they did, the wait would be very much longer than what it is now! The forms are indeed required by insurance companies, but also by law. The offices that are not requiring you to fill them out are putting their doctors and practice at risk of being sued! Also, remember that they do not take appointments. It is strictly a walk-in clinic. Thus, they do not know what patients are going to come any given day, their problems, etc. Someone with a serious problem will take much longer than someone with a non-serious problem, like a healthy check-up, etc. Because of this, they cannot guarantee a wait time. Everyone in that office is truly trying to speed things up. They do not want to work late. They like to get home to their families, just as you do. They are hustling and I appreciate them very much!!!

I use both Doctors for my primary care and have been for several years. If come down with the flu, or have a problem I just go to the office, no appointment necessary. Yes sometimes there is a wait and sometimes not. Depends on the season (flu, etc) or if one of the doctors are off that day. I trust both doctors for the best care.

I have visited Priority Care many time over the last decade or more. Yes, as some have said the wait may be very long. Especially on Monday mornings. But there is a good reason for this. When it is your turn the doctors here never make you feel like they have any other patients except you. They will take all the time you need and answer all your questions. I have found the girls that run the front office to always be very busy, but also courteous and professional. And really pretty too.

My biggest complaint would be that every time I go they have me fill out the same detailed forms I filled out last time I was there. I wish they had a box to check that said "Has anything in your history changed since your last visit". And all I would have to do is check "No". But I also realise that this filling out forms is required by the insurance companies, not priority care.

I have been seeing them as my primary care doctor for awhile now. The wait is a little long though. I have always been treated with kindness by Dr. Duddleston. They are very professional and well informed. It's always clean, even the patients rooms! The front office help is not as nice as the doctors and nurses but it is not bad. They also take most insurance plans. The parking is great and it is easy to get in and out of .

The wait is long at this clinic. The doctors there are very nice and I like them but the front office is kind of lazy. The office help does not want to help with anything. They will not even check your insurance they just charge you the amount they want to. The parking at this office is great and getting out is not a problem.

I went here once because I was very ill and did not have time to wait to get an appointment with my regular doctor. I filled out all the forms, gave the proper id, and proceded to wait for the next hour and a half. Honestly, I was just to sick to sit there any longer so I asked once again how much longer it was going to be and didn't receive much of an answer, so I split. I really needed to lie down. I'm just grateful that I hadn't given them any money, however it was truly a waste of my time! I mean what do you do when you're too sick to wait??

Priority Care is a walk in medical clinic. I have used it when I've been sick, at work, and didn't want to have to travel back home to see my family doctor. Usually you can get in and out in an hour or so, but from time to time It can be a long wait. I have been told that they handle a lot of worker's comp. cases, so sometimes they are backed up.

The waiting room is large and tidy, but the examining rooms are pretty small are rather stark. Be sure to take something to read, as I was once stuck in a room for over an hour with nothing but a truck magazine.

The doctors have always been professional and helped me with whatever was ailing me.

The clinic is located close to the hospital and has lots of parking.
