I had high expectations. They did not meet me with anything to be impressed about. Carpet and flooring is a product that one can buy anywhere. It is about the knowledge and excellence of the staff. I have been her on three occasions

I have been shopping at Myers for years and I love it there. If you can't find it at Myers Carpet then you won't be able to find it. They have a fabulous showroom with a warehouse in the back of the store for goods they have in stock. Not only do they have a wonderful selection, they have a very knowledgeable staff that will help you with your needs. I LOVE myers carpet!

I will never walk into this so called business again. I've been in twice
and both times was treated so rudely it blew my mind. The first was this gray haired woman who acted like I was a bother with ALL my questions. I was told " no you just don't get it-this is what you need to buy"-not why but like I was an idiot and just didn't get it. Wow my mistake coming to a so called place to shop and not knowing everything about carpet! I'd done some research but my questions were met with such a condescending tone. I then came back a second time hoping to wrap up my purchase. At this point I just wanted to get it over with. I went up to the person at the front desk and was grilled about how many times I'd been there, who I'd worked with-I JUST WANT TO BUY CARPET! I then after the person knew who'd helped me before then got another woman who was even more annoyed that she HAD to help me-she knew even less and said just tell me what you want and the other person would contact me- i left and said I will never go there again and found a store near my home who WAS very helpful and got my sale!

They have great customer service! I had custom stair runners made at this store after explaining the design and colors needed for the project, we chose the carpet, picked the edging and got our installation service scheduled that same day. GREAT JOB

As soon as I walked into the store, I was greeted by their wonderful receptionist who gave me a brief run-down of the store and told me that if I have any questions to just let her know and she would get a sales associate for me. After 5 minutes of browsing I realized I was in "Carpet Heaven". I knew what I wanted when I initially came in, but after seeing so many great selections I was confused. Luckily a nice saleswoman assisted me and help me to narrow down my selections. I liked her style, because I didn't feel like I was being pitch a bunch of crap about nothing. She Knew her inventory very well and was knowledgeable about the characteristics/nature of the carpet. I advised anyone who is not sure what type of carpet they want, but want it at a reasonable price to make a trip over to Myers Carpet on Northside Drive because you won't be disappointed.

Have bought several rugs from this company, but they have become really rude in the past few years. I discovered that my last order was wrong after I got my rug all the way home and I did not even get so much as an apology when I rolled it up and schlepped it back across town. For a purchase of over $1000, I expect much better service. You will never hear "thanks for shopping with us" from anyone at this company. I have also gotten a bad attitude from at least two of the women who work in the front salesroom. They are really terse and act bothered to answer a question or help you find what you are looking for. I need three more rugs for my home and I will NOT be buying from Myers again. I only wish I had not given them so many chances from the start!

Myers seems to have a great selection, but their customer service is beyond horrible. I had one woman literally laugh in my face when gave her a fairly detailed description of what I was looking for, and tell me "everything in our store is like that." No suggestion of where to start looking, no explanation about different kinds of carpet, nothing. She laughed in my face and that was it. I told her I'd look around and let her know if I needed more help.

While I was looking, I saw another sales associate and asked her about stain treatment on wool carpets. Though she wasn't doing anything at all when I very politely asked if I could ask her a question, she huffily got out a calculator and proceeded to bang away at it for a full 30 seconds before first making fun of my question and then answering it with a lot of condescending carpet jargon, then turning huffily away again to bang away at her calculator some more.

This was one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. They would have to be giving carpet away for me to darken their door again.

Large showroom with a good selection. Customer service, however, is non-existent. We would do business with this company, but we can't even get someone to come to our home and measure after several phone calls.

We were hesitant to pay before the carpet arrived, so we could look at the patterns again. We were told the bulk carpet rolls would come in 2 weeks (the salesperson debates this date, but we have him on our voicemail). It arrived the very next day, and contrary to what we told him, he went ahead and charged our card. When I called to express my displeasure, among other a few other unpleasant issues that occurred, the salesperson got so flustered he essentially hung up on me. Not good business in these times. Not that we did much more than waffle a bit, but I'd think a salesperson would take a heck of a lot more customer grief before they resort to this attitude.

I shopped for carpeting for my entire home at Myers Carpet. They have a huge selection and provide good service. They assign a salesperson to you who helps you with your selections. They were very helpful in meeting my special wants. And the prices are more than competitive.

Very good selection of any type of flooring. High end wools rule the showroom. Customer comes first. Professional installers, all CFI certified. The history of Myers starts with the first retail carpet store in Dalton, Ga. the carpet capital of the world. Tracey Dean was my rep and she was great. Look at the custom rug department!!
