Very personable and kept me THOROUGHLY involved and informed on what was going on with the repair of my refrigerator! Went out of his way to try to get the part needed the same day ....Would HIGHLY Recommend.

My refrigerator is running and my icemaker is working - even in these chilly days - what a wonderful thing!
