We had to make the difficult decision to euthanize one of our dogs. The staff was incredibly sympathetic and comforting to both ourselves and our dog.
We will definitely be using this Vet (Dr. King) from here on out for all of our animals. I can't recommend them high enough.
Finally......a Vet's office that truly cares about the animals rather than the money.

I have 3 dogs and 2 cats, all of various ages, sizes and with different needs. Every time I come in I have a wonderful experience. My dogs are not shy or nervous to go and we are always greeted and treated warmly. Recently, I've had a health scare with my senior chihuahua, and Dr. King treated her without charging me hundreds of dollars in unnecessary treatments. Now she springs around the house like a puppy again!
They really care about animals and respect owner's wishes. They can be a little pricier than other vets, but the experience and knowledge of the staff and the customer service is well worth it.
One of my cats is a "difficult" kitty and has to be mildly sedated to go to the vet. He usually freaks out, but at the Cat Clinic, he is calm and allows the techs and the vet to handle and examine him without a problem. They even recommended lowering his dosage next time. They have made a lasting impression on me, and even though I drive half an hour to get there, its well worth the trip!

I went here on days when their sister hospital, The Cat Clinic of Woodstock was closed. All three of my cats, and one with restrictive cardiomyopathy, were treated primarily by Dr. Kristen Parker, who is a very knowledgeable and compassionate veterinarian. Through the worst of times, following an episode of congestive heart failure, I believe the regular care my cat got here is what ultimately saved her life. The vet techs here are also very good, and one in particular named Jo was superb. I no longer go to this clinic because I moved 35 miles away, but for anyone in Woodstock, I highly recommend this clinic.

My husband and I use to live in the Acworth area and we would take our dog, Gail, to Animal Hospital of Towne Lake for ALL kinds of services ranging from annual check-ups, emergencies, grooming, and boarding. This place is great and everyone I have encountered there is very friendly and professional. We have since moved nearly an hour away and believe it or not we still drive to Woodstock for their services because we loved them so much and they love our dog as well. Good service and genuine care is so hard to find nowadays.

I bring my toy poodle here and we are both treated well! The receptionists are very nice. I believe her name was Katie, and she answered all of my questions regarding boarding her for the holidays. I like that I can get weekend appointments. Stephany groomed Chloe on Saturday and she looked great and was very friendly. I will bring her there for Christmas break and I'm sure they will take good care of her!

I have only been going here for a few months, my dog had puppies in March and I just moved to the area. Everyone is so nice here. The doctors and techs are all friendly and knowledgeable. They've always treated my dogs very kindly!

Upon recommendation, I took my pup to see the vets at Animal Hospital of Towne Lake for an injury she sustained in her leg. Well, the front desk staff was super friendly and we didn't have to wait more than a few minutes before seeing the vet. Once inside the room, the vet and techs all gave terrific service. Since then, we've been back for regular visits and the level of service has remained just as high as the first time.
PROS: Incredibly friendly staff and short wait times
CONS: Nowhere to sit in the waiting area

They Care about each pet individualy. They strive to fufill a bond with all the pet owners/ patient guardians that walk through their door. They make you feel truly welcomed!

The Animal Hospital of Towne Lake has the most caring and professional staff that I have ever experienced with a vet. I feel like I am leaving my pup with family each time that he is there. I also love the fact that they provide a mix of doctors that have expertise in dogs and cats. They genuinely care about each pet. They are also less expensive than many of the other vets that I called when deciding on one for my new pup. I simply cannot say enough about this clinic and the people that work there.

Great staff. Although the doctors are young, they seem to have a great joy working with the animals. While their front office staff could use some help in the billing dept, they make up with that in the attitudes and kind deminar!
