Purple Mountain Natural Foods

Dee, David, and Josh are the folks that run Purple Mountain and when you walk into this clean, well stocked store, you are always greeted as a friend and they give you one on one attention if you need it. They have everything that you would want in a natural foods store and at fair prices. Anything they don't have, if they can order it, they are more than happy to get it for you. The also are big on carrying local products when available. They carry locally roasted Blue Smoke Coffee and Tea, it's the freshest and best tasting coffee on the planet and it's organic, fair trade, and shade grown. Blue Smoke's tea is organic & fair trade and is grown on a bio-dynamic tea estate. Both the coffee and tea are so very fresh (the coffee us roasted to order and just roasted when you pick it up at Purple Mountain -- you've never had coffee this fresh before -- when you open the bag, the beans are so shiny, which indicates freshness you can't get anywhere else.

Thank goodness for Purple Mountain Natural Foods. They have been in business in this area for a few years now and luckily they only continue to grow. While their selection is not huge, it's enough to get by. They stock natural foods, vitamins, pet care, supplements, house care products, and toiltery items. They have a very small produce section and a couple of meat and bread items. This is generally the first place I go to do my grocery shopping and then finish my list at Kroger.
