Cancer victim hurt further by Regions. Regions Bank violated Section 7 of the Social Security act and allowed a creditor to take all of her money out of her account. She has Stage 4 Pancreatic Cancer and her kidneys are failing. How is she supposed to buy groceries now? How dare they do this to a dying woman?

When we told them they could not legally allow any creditors to take money out of her account (except for a few exceptions such as child support, of which no exceptions apply to her), they told us the state allows it. WRONG! The state has no authority to allow it. The FED law states emphatically they cannot.

I've been banking with Regions for over 10 years. I really have no complaints. Great bank to do business with!

It sounds like things didn,t go to well for you at regions, I'm a private investor trying to get a few items from regions that could change our economic conditions very quickly. Let me know if you can help with who to talk to for the right documentation. The #1 item on our agenda for regions is a credit facilities agreement.

I was actually a Branch Manager with Regions Bank at one time. I actually decided to quit because of their business practices. I am currently with Citi and I realize more and more how many people have gotten and still are getting screwed by Regions Bank. Their system is designed to screw anyone banking with them. I wish I could share this information with everyone who banks with Regions. I honestly believe that they are trying to make a fast buck and then eventually sell. It is a sad sad sad world. God bless all hard working Americans.

This is the second time that even though my records were correct, they got me with overdraft fees, that I didn't owe!! I kept records, and didn't go over what I had in my account. Since it was close, I looked at the Website often, to make sure I didn't mess up with my records, and I didn't. Then I put money in the bank, and still looked at their site to make sure all was well. Then A few days later, it said I was overdrafted, 3 times even though I should have had almost $80 in the bank even after all my checks. And if it did cross in transaction time making me overdrafted the most overdrafts would have been one, being almost $14 short the day before the deposit went through. They don't want to take any of the overdraft off, and I told them I would close my account if they didn't take at least two of the overdrafts off,(they had put on 3) They refused to take them off, and stated they didn't care. I don't need a bank who is going to charge me almost $100 for 3 overdrafts, that wasn't really overdrafted, at the most, only one would have been overdrafted, but truly, I feel that it wasn't a real overdraft. Now my account which should have $79 left in it has negative $14. The lady I spoke to was rude and unacceptable. I have been banking with them over a year now, and have been a great customer, and they could care less.If in the market for a bank, stay clear of Regions!! Find another who believes in the old policy, "The customer is always right" It wouldn't be money out of their pocket, just money they are stealing from me out of their pockets which they didn't earn anyways. They give people overdraft fees when they don't deserve them, and they figure out ways to not only give you one, but three. The most I should have got was one, but I don't feel that would have been fair, cause their website reflected I had enough to cover all three On the 22nd, and when I made a deposit to make sure, that was on the 23rd, and the website still said I wasn't overdrafted then, after the deposit cleared, then the website said I overdrafted the day before the deposit. That is a real ripoff!! They let their computers do the work for them and say they can't override them. Who runs Regions, people or computers? It has poor customer service, and unwarranted fees!! However the people at the branch I go to regularly are nice, but I haven't talked to them yet,( I called the 800 number and talked to a rude supervisor) but I feel they will be nice about it at the branch, but they probably won't do anything either due to their let the computers run Regions rule. Not the people at the branches fault, but the actual Regions policy fault. I am certainly going to take my business elsewhere.

I have had several different transactions to do at this bank and the associates are very friendly and willing to help you and whatever you need. I have, also, used the drive-through and have been helped in a timely manner.
