Feldman William C Dds

Despite having insurance that promises discounts at alternate dental practices, I return to Dr. Feldman. I have come to trust his assessment of what treatment is necessary, and certainly his ability to do it well and relatively painlessly. He is not particularly chatty and friendly, but I will take skill and honesty over the warm fuzzies.

One would have to see how some patients speak with the staff to really get an idea of any "un-proffessionalism" It has been my experience over 12 years of working in this office that once money is involved speaking tones change. In almost 30 years of dental office experience this is by far the best General Dentist I have every seen. Unfortunately health care costs are rising and insurance coverages are dropping and the days of the Dentist sitting and holding hands with the patient are soon going away, therefore he has assembled a highly experinced and dental-knowledgable clinical staff to help with this. The implementing of IV sedation into this office has been greatly accepted for those patients going through difficult treatments or are dealing with dental phobias. My advice to anyone seen in his office, that has a "bad experience" is to speak with Dr Feldman or his head clinical assistant immediatly, as we are truly hear to help you with your dental needs.

Dr. Feldman is extremely rude and unprofessional. He allows his staff to be disrespectful and condescending to patients. In speaking to several of my family and friends we all decided not to give his dentistry our business. He really needs to sedate his patients because without sedation his procedures are too painful. In addition, he does not try to make the customers feel comfortable. I tried twice, because I taught I was being sensitive, but after my last visited I called the Better Business Bureau and I have a formal complaint on file. It is truly unbelievable. My suggestion is for no one to give money to doctors or anyone that has poor customer service. Absolutely Ridiculous!!!

The dentist is thorough and does the job well. The staff does well at making you comfortable if you're nervous. I have moderate/severe anxiety in the dentist chair.

They will sedate you all the way up to using IV sedation. I've done the IV sedation and will certainly do it again. I can hardly remember what went on and that's what I was going for.

After "toughing out" several dental treatments several years ago; I didn't want to do it anymore. So if you're apprehensive about getting work done this is the way to go. You get a little gas, they put the IV in (which is just a tiny sting) and you're set to have the drugs administered. They can control your level of sedation very easily throughout the procedure. It makes extensive treatment plans not sound so bad.

If I'm paying good money for work it's nice to know they have the "we'll take care of you" mentality. And so far they've done well at it.

I have used Dr Feldman for over 10 years and am very pleased with him and his staff. The staff for cleaning has always been friendly and thorough. I feel Dr Feldman is very sociable and its nice when you can go into the dentist office and they know your name and do make you feel as comfortable as possible (since seeing a dentist can make any one nervous). Thanks Dr Feldman and staff. I hope to continue to use Dr Feldman for years to come.

I have used this dentist several times in the past. The nurses and the assistants are very good, and they are very friendly. The dentist, even though he did great work, could use some social skills.

William C. Feldman, D.D.S, P.C.. We have used Dr. Feldman in the past when he was covered under our Dental insurance. We found his office to be pleasant. It was always easy to get an appointment quick.
