Good finished product, but TERRIBLE on the customer service and business side of things. I had to followup multiple times to get John Andrew to come out and quote what was almost 2/3rd of my entire house I wanted to get done. He finally came, did the master quote and we agreed on 3 phases (it was expensive) because we couldn't afford it all at once. Phase 1 went great, again, nice finished product. Their workers did bust the front door blinds and when we showed it to John Andrew, he taped them back together and refused to replace them and even went so far as to claim it wasn't his guys (we all know it was because they were in/out the front door for 4 days)

Getting phase 2 scheduled was where they went wrong with us. I personally visited their office and sat down with Tony to go over the rooms we needed resurfaced and stained. He took the info and said he would have John call me to schedule. Days later, no call back. Should I really have to beg these guys for my business? Heck no... we had already paid for a $6000 job and were about to give them another $2000 in business for Phase 2. I called and left a message and John Andrew called me the next afternoon. The quote he sent for phase 2 was different that what we initially discussed so I had to resend him the original quote. He came back with the usual (our vendors costs went up, insuance, etc). Baloney!.... Its only a stain job not fresh new hardwoods! Also, miraculously, the available start date he gave me the day prior all of sudden wasn't available the next day when I called him back to discuss the price discrepancy. Mind you, this is after I had discussed my dates with Tony a week prior. There are other things that happened but in general this guy acts like he's doing us a favor by allowing us to use his services! If I ran a business, this is exactly the opposite of how I'd treat my customers who want to give me green money.

I'm taking the rest of my business elsewhere rather than do business with a jerk. I'd advise you to do the same. Not worth the hassel.
