Worst place in town...Owner is disrespectful to customers, employees are disrespectful and food is less than impressive. Had a situation where ordered a pizza and salad, pizza came salad never did. Asked 3 different times about it and finaly asked for management. I was told just a minute, she would be right winth me. When the owner, no less, came to the counter she told me I was rude, causing a sceene and she would not give me my money back, even though I did not receive my food. Come to find out it had been sent out with a take out order and brought back half an hour later and I was supposed to be ok with that. When I told her I would report her to the BBB, she stated "so what, over $9 or $10. She then handed me $7 and told me to leave and never come back. All of a sudden, it made so much sense when we were the only customers in the store the whole time we were there. With this kind of service, they will not be around very long.

Just a couple of points before I dive into this long diatribe:

1.I have never in my life been annoyed with any business enough to spend any of my time posting something negative about them. Until now.
2.My husband and I eat about 12 meals a week out of the home because we are both working professionals. That said, we are very used poor service, average food, etc. so it is really hard to upset us when it comes to dining experiences.

The food is not the problem. It is the ??so bad you almost have to see it to believe it? customer service. Honestly, I thought I was being punked. It is truly horrendous. What's amazing is that the owners are the people giving this horrible service and training their staff to do the same!

My husband, our daughter, and I went to Pepperoni??s for lunch today. We ordered a meatball sub, hot Italian sub, a side of streamed veggies, and a side of onion rings. (this is actually important to the story)

Usual drill, we order, pay, sit and wait for the runner to bring us our food. So within a few minutes he brings out our onion rings. My husband stops him and says, ??Oh, we also ordered two sandwiches and steamed veggies? to which the kid replies, ??Yeah, I know. That will be out shortly.?

Ok, no problem. So we start eating the onion rings waiting for the rest of the food. But we didn??t want to eat them all because we wanted to have some to go with the sandwich. When the sandwiches come out we notice that one of the sandwiches has onion rings with it. We just shrugged it off and figured they made a mistake somewhere along the line. So we toss the onion rings from the plate into the basket and start eating.

About 2 minutes into our meal the kid reappears and in an accusatory voice while pointing at the basket of onion rings asks us if we had ordered those onion rings. We were a little confused and said, ??Uh, yes we ordered onion rings.? He says, ??Ok, that??s what I thought.? and goes back to the kitchen. About a minute later he reappears with a receipt in hand and says that we had not ordered the onion rings in the basket, just the ones on the plate and that he was told by the manager to take the basket back! Unbelievable!

Completely annoyed, I walked up to the counter and asked for the manager. Turns out, the manager is the daughter of the owners and the wife is also there. Before I could get a full sentence out she said, ??You didn??t order those onion rings.? I said, ??Excuse me, but yes I did.? Manager-daughter, ??No, you ordered onion rings with your sandwich NOT as an appetizer.? I said, ??Well, I had no idea what the difference was and this kid just came and took the food from my table! Did you know that?? She said, ??Yes, I told him to because you should not be eating food you know you didn??t order!?

What more can I say? I was absolutely stunned. Particularly given the fact that we stopped the kid to make sure he brought us the right food and he assured he had! I was furious and told her that she would surely go out of business treating customers like that. Apparently that struck a chord because at that point her mother stepped in and told me to leave. I was completely shocked?I was not yelling or swearing, I was simply asking for an answer as to why someone would take food I ordered and paid for from my table. The fact that THEY made an error in how the food was delivered is not my problem.

We were furious and embarrassed and asked for our money back, they said no and told us to get out of their restaurant. People around us were amazed as well and could not believe what they were witnessing.

Nothing more to say than DO NOT THROW YOUR MONEY AWAY HERE!

Great pizza. I love to get the fried mushrooms for an appetizer. Good place to watch a game. Good variety on the menu, I have even ordered shrimp. Friendly staff.

I really loved the pizza here. Small place but very impressive. My son loves pepperoni pizza and they have the best he has ever eaten. Would love to go again. Highly recommend.

Avoid this restaurant-sports bar. The staff, including the manager, are very rude. The food is poor and over priced. They list themselves as a sports bar-restaurant. This is not a real sports bar-more of an event bar. On a prime college football Saturday they turned off all but 4 games which they showed on four corner and hard to see small tv's. They chose instead to put one fight on all their big screens. A roar went up as most of the customers asked them to put the games up on more screens. The staff refused and about half the customers got up and left. When I asked for my check they wouldn't cash me out until I threatened to leave without paying. This is one of the worst customer service experiences I've had any where in the nation.

Not only is the place dumping, and the food awful, but the customer service is unlike any local buisness experience I've ever had. When I got the wrong sauce on some pasta, the owner blamed me for ordering it wrong, and refused to remedy the situation. No money back, and no exchanges!!

Used to be great, really gone down hill, won't go back.!!! 3 strikes and they are out.
I would go once or twice a month and get a calzone, the last three times the food has simply been bad. Undercooked, stale bread, you name it, not sure what happened but i gave them several chances. Save your money.

We have moved!!!! We are in a brand new building, we have an awsome children's game zone, $5 lunch specials, and the cheapest draft beer around from what I hear! We have team specials for large groups and plenty of room for large parties, no reservations needed!
