El Torero is by far the best "authentic" mexican resturant in Atlanta. You get unlimited chips and salsa(which can fill you up on it's on). The lunch portions are huge, dinner portions even larger. You can get a hard taco, a stuffed quesidilla, chips and salsa and a soda for less than 10 bucks. The service is very fast. As soon as you sit down, water, chips and salsa are there before you can take off your jacket. After ordering, the food is there in less than 10 minutes.
