Worst Movers ever!

Came 6 hours late, over charged for supplies, and one of the movers laughed when he broke the head off of one of my figurines. They were difficult to understand. They stored my furniture and belongings for a month and when it was time to deliver to my new home were again 6 hours late and had to come back the nest day. This company should not be in business! Poor service! I had their "insurance" for items that were broken and damaged and they did not reimburse me. Please do yourself a favor and do not even consider this company to move you!

Worst service and too many hiden charges

I don't even know where to begin. First the movers showed up late and the they took 8 hours to load a 2 bedroom apartment and storage unit. Many of my boxes where put in their boxes and I was charged extra for it. The amount of space I needed was grossly under estimated even though the sales person was told I had an actual count of boxes and size needed. I was told it would take less than 5 days to get my belongings and it ended up taking 10 days. And now my belongings are being held by the sub-contract movers till an extra fee is paid to bring it up one and one-half flights of stairs. In total our "great quote" doubled by the end of the move, money we did not have to spend. I wish I had gone with another moving company, they could have not have been this horrible! The sales people will tell you anything to get your business, DON'T DO IT!!!

The most horrible experience, police became involved

After demonstrating wonderful customer service on the phone, they showed up 4 hours late, took 6 hours to pack a kitchen and load a 2 bedroom home, and then did not deliver. I called finally at 3 AM only to find out that they decided to deliver the next morning. No call to me. I had been waiting 8 hours for these monkeys.
I had to finally call the police to meet me at the moving company's facility to release my belongings.

where do I start...They were late. Tried to overcharge the 'hourly' rate. Tons of hidden costs. Very hard to deal with.
I would not recommend them. I guess you get what you pay for because they were the 'cheapest'.. but in the end made me pay the same I could have paid for good service.

Didn't even show up, kept deposit, horrible experience!

They didn't show up when scheduled, so I finally called when they were three hours late. They were rude and gave no useful information nor would they refund my deposit! I finally gave up on them and left my home at 8pm, more than six hours after they were scheduled to arrive!!!
I had to find another mover because I refused to allow these people into my home, although they'd have to show up first! They have been reported to the BBB and every other consumer organization I can find.
I STRONGLY ADVISE AGAINST USING THEM! They were going to store my belongings at their facility for one month free of charge, then a competitve rate each month thereafter. I am so thankful that they didn't end up moving me because I'd worry constantly about the safety of my furniture and belongings. They also require that you hire them to move out of their storage, but would not provide a price or any documention of how much that would cost. They could double the price or worse when that time came and they'd have my furnitute hostage.
Bad, bad business practices. I honestly don't know how they're still in business.

Worst Moving Experience Ever!!!

Beware of this mover! Among the list of complaints I have are:
1 - poor communication skills(English was not clearly understood) and lack of customer service
2 addition (and added cost) and use of moving box without our authorization (and the mover cut the box afterwards to open it rather than cut the adhesive tape)
3 mover cut open personally-owned mattress covers that customer provided for protection
4 mover dented mirror frame during move at destination due to carelessness of mover
5 - insurance wasnt explained thoroughly, and was not presented in completion until the day of move
I am a very unhappy customer. Customer service is NOT what these movers are about. I do NOT recommend them based on the negative feelings I have after the move this past weekend,.
PROS:
CONS: Service overall is poor, damaged some items, poor communication.

What I liked about th business was that they arrived on time. They were a reasonable deal. They arrived on time, and were moderatley friendly and nice. I will use them again. I at that time needed to move a whole lot of glass items from a china cabinet and it was moved with efficency. The special thing about them was thta not one glass item was broken. The employees were nice and I will use their service again.
