I brought my SUV to Executive Car Wash to have the carpets shampooed after my husband spilled meatballs on the floor behind the passenger seat. They did a great job and I was happy with how it turned out. I noticed the carpet was very wet but didn't think anything of it. The third row of seats was laid flat when I arrived and flat when I left. The next time I lifted the seats to use them (11 days later), I noticed a white crusty stains covering the seats. I immediately drove to Executive Car Wash, showed them the problem, and explained that it must be shampoo residue that soaked into the seats from the carpet cleaning. The man I spoke with apologized and said they would get it cleaned and taken care of with no problem - he never questioned where the stain came from or what actually caused it. I went inside to wait and was approached by another man, who told me that the guys who cleaned the floors the first time said the seats were in that condition previously. He also said it looked like something spilled and it was a little hard to get clean. I said the seats were absolutely not in that condition when I brought the vehicle previously and it could not have been from a spill. (I don't put groceries in the that area of the vehicle and I did not travel with anything in the vehicle that could have caused that large of a stain in that area of the vehicle). I was then approached by a third man who began by saying, "Your Mazda out there..." (my vehicle is not a Mazda) - this man basically told me that the stains could not have been caused by the chemicals, cleaners, or shampoos that they use and were present when I brought the vehicle previously. If the seats had been that stained when they were cleaning the floors, don't you think someone would have mentioned it and asked if I wanted to pay more to have the seats cleaned as well? Just assuming they would have wanted me to add services and spend more money if there had been a need for it. When I told him the seats were not in that condition before and nothing has been spilled on them, he argued with me saying it looked like ice cream or milk. Ice cream and milk would both smell - these stains had no foul odor; plus, it would have had to have been a large amount of milk to spill to cause this problem - I would have noticed that my gallon of milk was half empty and leaking! He debated with me, saying that the other seats in the car were not stained by the carpet cleaning (DUH - they only shampooed the carpets AND the other seats were not laid down afterwards, so no, of course they didn't soak up the moisture from the floor and become stained). He was very rude and after arguing with me for several minutes, I began to gather my purse, assuming they would not be continuing the services. He said they were going to clean it but he wanted me to know that it was not caused by them. If they really did not think the stains were caused by their products, why would they still correct the problem for me? Also, why did the first person I spoke with not ask for another person to look at the problem before quickly agreeing to correct it? I truly believe that when they had a difficult time getting the stains out, they tried to claim that it was not their fault to cover their tails. In the end, the seats were cleaned, however I will not return in the future, nor will I recommend this business to others.

I discoved while my car was having an oil change there that I had oil on the floor of my garage indicating that it was leaking oil BEFORE going in for an oil change. Another facility validated that the plug was stripped and if driven, it

I have used Executive Car Wash for more than 6 years and have always been treated well there. My cars have always been cleaned well and the staff is good at what they do. They are good enough (and the location was close enough to my home) that I recently purchased an annual unlimited wash package so that I can keep my business car clean all the time. They give me special treatment when they see me driving in and get me through a bit quicker than everyone else when they can. I like that since I have a very busy schedule.

Each time I return to this business, I am even more disappointed than the time before. After the fourth time, I have given up and will never return to this car wash.

The automated car wash does an adequate job, but the service detailers must be "timed" because they miss cleaning much of the dirt in the car. When it happened the third time, I asked to speak to the Owner. I was friendly and explained that for $30+ I expected my car to be cleaned thoroughly and had hoped the service detailers would do a great job. They did not and expressing my opinion to the owners was a total waste of my time. My question is: How can they afford to do a crappy job and risk losing customers? How can they be so calus? Why the 'we don't care' attitude?

In this economy, where there is plenty of competition I do not understand how they can afford to put their interests BEFORE the satisfaction of the customer. After speaking with the son, Brett, and the mother, Debbie, on two occasions, they've left me with the impression of greed and carelessness. That being the case, I'll spend my $30+ elsewhere.

I don't care if you've been in business since 2001, maybe it's time the SanFratello's get out of the service business, since the service is horrible.

I have been going to Executive Car Wash for 9 years. They are the best. Great service and always professional. I read Trey M's comments below and it disappoints me very much to see my Car Wash slammed by someone who obviously knows nothing about car washing let alone detailing. First off pet hair is the fault of the owner not the car wash. Secondly, vaccuming it out is really tough as pet hair weaves itself into the carpet. It usually takes a carpet shampoo to remove it. I know I have a dog. Lastly Swirl marks only come from car waxing while not using an orbital buffer. The washing of a car will not cause swirl marks. mr. trey before you slander someone with your stupidity why don't you get the facts straight yourself. As for your car finish you probably waxed or compounded it yourself. The quality of your work just stands out. Now you want to blame them for your ignorance. hey, do them and me a favor Take your Infiniti and your stupidity and show off somewhere else!!!!

I had my Infiniti FX35 washed with the "Managers Special" First glance in the shade looked ok. But noticed the interior was not vacuumed very well. I took the car to the kroger & noticed in the sun huged swirl blotches.

Now, I get my car washed every weekend if the weather permits. & thru these automated carwashes. I have never had such damage done by a car wash to the vehicle. I go back to talk to the woman behind the counter who I assume was the manager. I told her I have a problem with my car from the wash. I also told her the interior was not vacuumed very well. I told her the car had hair all in the back seats. She stated "Oh well, Pet hair is our worst enemy" I was like um ok. I proceeded to show her the blotches all over the car caused by the car wash. She said it was caused by me for poor waxing. I can assure you this was not caused by poor waxing. So now I have to have a Professional Detailer perform a full paint correction. I've spent over $1000 here over the last 3 years and the car wash has gone downhill. I took my truck back for the first time today after they (ha ha)washed it yesterday, and this guy Brad was belligerent and argumentive to the point of being confrontational. I'll never spend another dime in that hole.
