After agreeing over the phone, we showed up with a check for the amount agreed upon and took the car home with no surprises. All-in-all it was the best experience we've ever had when purchasing a vehicle.

I have been a customer at Hayes since the early 90's and aside from their fair pricing on cars one of the best things about them is the parts department ! I am in the auto service business and I often have to order original equipment or specialized parts for MOPAR vehicles and I have never called Hayes and been told they didn't have what I needed! They always have what I need and the prices are always fair if not great. I will continue to shop there both for work and for my personal vehicles.
