Having utilized Randy's services since the mid-80's I feel well qualified to express my feelings for this auto repair facility. There is no comparison with a dealer, nor with any other shop in metro Atlanta. Fair and honest dealings with everyone. Specialist in Cadillac care and repair with well informed mechanics and support personnel. Helpful with any problem or question you might have regarding your Cadillac, even though the answer might mean you don't need a repair, only advice. Never any pressure to spend. Never "up-sell". Always treat the customer with the utmost respect. I very highly recommend Randy's to anyone outside factory warranty, and have been known to have Randy perform early repair because his shop is so much more efficient than the local dealers. Try it once and you too will be a believer.
