Dr Hatchett is the best, he has taken care of our Boston terriers and cats for a long time now. He is so compassionate and caring for the animals and the humans that are caring for them on earth. I also will follow him to the ends of the earth. I look forward to supporting him in his new location and his new hospital. What a loss for the Ark.
I was recently unable to get my cat into his regular vet for a urinary problem and ended up taking him to The Ark for care. I was very impressed with the cleanliness of the facility, the very friendly staff that helped me keep my 20 month old daughter occupied during the visit and the thorough exam my cat was given. I am now planning on switching to this vet for all of my cats!
Removed.
I just want everyone to know what type of groomers they have working there. I took my Shih Tzu in around 4 weeks ago for a summer cut, ans when I picked him up the cut was awful! He was shaved beyond recognition!! Then around a week later I noticed a knot forming on his left side. I watched it a few days and decided to take him into my vet to have it checked. What I found out was the most awful thing any pet owner could hear! His Dr informed me that he was more than likely TRANQUILIZED!!! And when the gave him the shot it wasnt done properly and caused infection under the skin which formed a mass of scar tissue. He then gave him a steriod shot which he hopes would dissolve it from the inside, if not it will have to be surgicaly removed! I dont know what the worst part was. The fact of him laying there helpless or them thinking they have the right to treat animals this way!!!!! He wouldnt harm a flea let alone the groomer! BAD BUSINESS!!
Pros: NOTHING
Cons: EVERYTHING
