If you can get past all Dr. Kostas alternative thinking, he's actually very good at what he does. Whether it's my neck or shoulders, after a good adjustment I always leave feeling better.

The man is extremely nice, but very big into wholistic thinking. No offense, but when I'm hurting, I want some kind of medicine - not "good thinking!" Also, one day I showed up for my appointment when I had a horribly strained neck and couldn't move. Lot of patients were in the parking lot, along with the staff, but no Dr. Kostas. Apparently no one had keys and he forgot to show up that morning. Needless to say we switched shortly after that.

My physician was Michael Kostas, a man who smiled at my skepticism and joked at how I showed up anyway. I've seen a lot of people for my back problems; rugby players take a beating as you can probably imagine.
I've tried sports therapy, deep tissue massages, even acupuncture. While sitting face down on an ironing board-like table, I thought hey! If I can sit here with a dozen needles sticking in my skin, I may as well try a chiropractor.
Surprisingly, my neck didn't break and I actually felt pretty good after I left Kostas Chiropractic.
