The minute we pull in the driveway their tales start wagging. Everyone on the staff is so loving and kind to them, you can tell they are all doggy people. We wouldn't trust anyone else with our babies for daycare or boarding. At ADS we know they're happy and safe and we enjoy being able to watch them play on the live doggy cam.

Mocha has been a part of your family since she was a six month old puppy and now she is almost 4 years old. She absolutely loves it !!! Not once has she refused to go to daycare or stay overnight for sleepovers, she even gets her grooming and baths done, and she takes full advantage of all the fun play areas, and pools, and thank you to all of you who throw the ball for her :) She loves the exercise. We brag on Atlanta Dog Spa all the time because all the staff are so so helpful, professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. I always feel secure knowing that she is at Atlanta Dog Spa having a healthy safe day of fun. Thanks so much for all that you guys do! Your the best !!!!

I am watching all your guests (dogs) enjoying the nice weather in Atlanta this morning. I'm on the way to Minneapolis and watching this during my flight (at 38,000 feet in the air).... Lucy looks like she's having a great time! Now I know why she 'passes out' when she gets home at night... all the running and playing Thank you again for taking care of our special pet.

This place is terrible, there are too few employees to look after the dogs safely and they run too many dogs together.

My almost four year old Frenchie has been going to the Atlanta Dog Spa since she was a pup and she continues to love it for both play dates as well as boarding. The dogs are safe, well cared for, get plenty of attention, supervised recreation and yes there are small pools, couches to lounge on and videos to watch. Most important, the staff loves what they do and it shows. While everything is top notch the place is not pretentious. They have an activist position when it comes to overall care support of our pets. This place rocks!

My dog Spike loves coming to the Atlanta Dog Spa for day care. I work a lot and watching him have so much fun on the web cams makes me feel so much better than when i used to leave him at home all day. He also loves going to get groomed. When i walk in everyone knows me and Spike and i do not even have to tell the groomer what to do, he already knows because he is so great. I give the Atlanta Dog Spa 5 stars, it is so much better for your dog to stay there than at home by themselves all day.

I boarded my dogs there for a weekend and this was their first boarding experience. My dogs cannot be put in a kennel because one can jump out and the other scratches the door till her nails bleed. My dogs were aloud to stay in the Living Room and got all the care that they needed. Everyone was so nice and friendly and accommodated to all of my dogs needs. My little dog has breast cancer and needs lots of medication, the people at Atlanta Dog Spa had no problem giving her the extra care she needed. And since it was a rainy muddy weekend my dogs were all dirty when i went to pick them up, but before they gave them to me they offered to wash them off for free!!! I love this place and will definitely bring my doggies back soon!!! I also loved watching them on the doggie web cams!!!!

I LOVE this place - in my next life, I want to live there. My kids go absolutely NUTS when we pull into the parking lot. They run straight inside and the staff knows exactly who they are - even if we haven't been back in awhile! They're so caring and attentive to my kids, I wouldn't trust anyone else to keep them while I'm away. They do things exactly as I do at home (I watch them on the cams - so I know! ) Overall - the best place I've found for my dogs!

If you want the best care for your dog and personal attention to every detail, bring your dog here.
The staff is so friendly and they know every dog by name.
The play yards are wonderful and you can watch your pooches on one of their 12 webcams.
We give it 5 out of 5 paws!

I cannot believe this company has web cams so you can watch your pet at play while your away. The staff is excellent and they are very knowledgeable and love all the dogs. Your dog will come home smelling fresh and clean. they use very high quailty shampoos. You can even ask for a dogie massage. I wouldn't trust my pet to anyone else. I highly recommend this place!

This is day spa for animals. This spa cleans and shampoos the animals. It is a wonderful atmosphere. The prices are very resonable. Light massages are also done on the animals.

I came home from a trip a day early to find my dog wet and filty, her bed and toy covered with urine and feces and her front paws injured and cut after spending 2 nights at the dog spa. When I brought her home she was extremely hungry, thirsty and lethargic. She spent the rest of the day licking her wounded paws. The employees refused to show me the crate where she had been kept, they offered no explanation for why she was soaking wet, and did not see a problem with her spending the night covered in her own waste. This was the second time her bed had been soiled during a stay with atlanta dog spa even though she is completely housebroken. She has boarded at Barking Hound twice without any accidents or soiling her bed in recent months. I feel terrible for giving atlanta dog spa another opportunity, and I will never do it again. The owner did not see any problem with the condition of the dog and told me that if I wasn't happy, I should take her back to Barking Hound. I will. I feel extremely lucky that my dog is only acting slightly traumatized from the experience and is suffering only from two hurt, bloody paws instead of something much more serious.
Since early 2004, when we rescued DICE, our Samoyed-Border Collie mix as a young puppy, all 6 members of our family human and canine alike have regularly and with great enthusiasm relished the days set aside for Doggie Day Care at the Atlanta Dog Spa. In fact, most every morning the humans get an askfrom the canines...Is it Friday? Are we going to the Spa today? They literally jump for joy when they hear the leashes janglingknowing that this is NOT just another walk around the block.
In 2006, immediately before a scheduled road trip to New England with our pack of 3, we inherited a 6-year old minature Dashund MARY KAY - whose previous care-giver had NOT provided house training for her. We could not risk including her on the trip and compromising all our accommodations along the wayso we concluded the answer was boarding her at the Atlanta Dog Spa. Even though it was most difficult to say good-bye to her, it was the best decision we ever made for her benefit. Not only did she receive marvelous and loving care for three weeksbut she also gained some ground on her house training. We called the Spa numerous times and received knowledgeable and objective reports of how Mary Kay was doing from the very professional and hands-on staff. Upon our return we were a little anxious, but immediately realized that she had experienced expert and careful attentionyet she was still happy to see her forever folks. MK bonded with a number of the staff at the Spa and it became very obvious to us that she MUST continue to attend doggie-day care to see her peeps on an regular basis. She loves the fact that there is a high level of employee retention at the Atlanta Dog Spa...so that she can enjoy long term affection from her caregivers.
All our experiences at the Spa have been positive, and it has been most helpful to us to have folks that care about animal welfare taking an objective look each week at our pets and making positive recommendations for their grooming, care and doggie well-being.
Soits like Pavlovs Dog Experimentwe keep coming back for all the good value we receive at the Atlanta Dog Spa!
Pros: Conscientious Dog Lovers Caring for Our Pets
Cons: Potentially Pavlovic - Can Be Habit Forming
I boarded my dog here based on the fancy advertisements. I picked up a sick pup who had lost weight while there. I spent a few hundred dollars in vet bills and what upsets me the most is they never called me to let me know anything was going on. In fact, they denied that anything had been off. However, picking up a pet a week later who has lost more than 2 pounds and is having loose stool and vomiting is something going on. Additionally, a friend went to board her dog and was turned away because her dog "looked like a pit bull". There are so many better places in Atlanta that will actually care for your dogs, no matter what they look like.
Pros: The building
Cons: sub-par care, breed bans
After trying several different business to board our two dogs, we found Atlanta Dog Spa and our search was over. Sarah and her staff catered to our dogs like no one has ever done before. Our dogs look forward to visiting Sarah and her staff every two weeks. We feel that Atlanta Dog Spa is the best place in Atlanta for our dogs to have a "home away from home".
Pros: Friendly and caring staff.
Cons: None
I've been bringing my dog to the Atlanta Dog Spa ever since I adopted him from the Atlanta Humane Society, right across the street. I checked a few other local doggie day care facilities in the neighborhood before choosing Atlanta Dog Spa, and this one, by far was the best! Several grassy areas for the dogs to play, webcams in every room. My dog LOVES it there...and they love him too! I would take him there every single day if I had the disposable income. :)
The Atlanta Dog Spa is definitely a home away from home for my pup. xo
Pros: webcams, friendly staff, grass, overnight suites (not caged)
Recently, we had to board our family pet, a Rottweiler, Moose, for well over a month due to a family emergency. Not only was it difficult with heartache and worry with the family situation, but having to board our family dog, Moose for as long as we did was difficult too. We did take a tour of Atlanta Dog Spa before leaving our dog for such an extended period of time and found the place to be spotless and I'm a very picky individual as my home is very spotless even though my kids and Moose, who is an indoor dog most of the time can be a handful. On top of that he has his own room and around the clock hands on care by a staff of dog lovers who truly enjoy what they do. If there are any concerns or worries ever, having a webcam that's accessible 24/7 should alleviate any concerns. I recently recommended Atlanta Dog Spa to some close friends of mine who are going away for spring break and have two maltese dogs who are going to be leaving their babies there as well knowing they will be in good hands.
Pros: Caring compassionate professionals
Cons: There are none
I love the Atlanta Dog Spa and so do my doggies Biscuit & Rudy. If it were up to them they would be there every day! The staff is so friendly and genuinely loves each and every dog that goes there - and they somehow remember the name of each dog! They have tons of space and I love that they have doggie webcams. I highly recommend the Atlanta Dog Spa!
Pros: Caring staff, great facility
Cons: none!
I honestly cannot say enough good things about Atlanta Dog Spa. Sarah and her staff are a Godsend! I am a busy executive, and my dog, Ella, means the world to me. I know that with my crazy travel and work schedule, there is no way that I could have Ella if it weren't for Atlanta Dog Spa. They create a fun, warm, nurturing environment where Ella loves to go for daycare or when I'm out of town.
In fact, I know that I've made the right choice in Atlanta Dog Spa every time I go to drop Ella off there. She jumps around the car in excitement as we turn down the street toward the Dog Spa. By the time we pull into the parking lot, she's pawing at the car door, so excited to get out and get inside to see her buddies there that she hardly knows what to do with herself. Once we do get inside, we're warmly welcomed by name by the staff, and then Ella kisses my face (as if to say thank you) and then jumps out of my arms (and in true Jack Russell style), heads toward the back of the Spa, moving at about 90 miles an hour, to get to the area where the trainers and her playmates that she considers some of her best friends are.
Plus, with the doggie web cams, and especially with the new great program that they have now where I can see Ella on the doggie cams via my blackberry, I never have to worry. A status update on how Ella is doing and what she is up to is just a phone call or a mouse click away. I can check in and see what Ella is up to any time, remotely, via webcam, so that there is no question as to how happy she is -- I see it every day with my own eyes.
Under any other circumstance, Ella and I are inseperable and it would be nearly impossible to get her to leave my side. But, at the Atlanta Dog Spa, she truly has a home away from home. That means more to me than I can say, and I wouldn't trade the Atlanta Dog Spa for anything.
Pros: Personal care & attention; home away from home for your dog
Cons: NONE
Atlanta Dog Spa is by far the best place to take your dog, wheter for just doggie day care or if you have to leave them behind while on a trip.
My dog Cater has been going since he was a little puppy (he is now 3 years old) and he always gets excited when I take him here. From looking around at all of the spaces that your dog can relax and play (which you can also do via there web-cams) you can easily see why most any dog would be very happy to visit Atlanta Dog when they can't be with you at home. Keep up the great job!!
Pros: Caring Staff
Every dog owner has anxiety about leaving their dog in someone else's care. The Atlanta Dog Spa does everything they can to alleviate this. From the dog cams to the dog couches and the outdoor space, this place offers it all. I got a great tour of the facility before I boarded my dogs and when I called to check in, the staff was warm and friendly and told me funny stories about my dogs while they were in their care. I would recommend this place to everyone I know!
Pros: Caring, lots for dogs to do, big space
I went out of town for about two weeks and left my dog at Atlanta Dog Spa. I provided the staff with every possible phone number to contact me, and I also provided my dog's vet's contact information.
At some point, my dog broke her leg, but the staff did not realize this. They eventually took her to the Humane Society Vet who gave my dog antibiotics. I never received a phone call informing me that anything had happened. When I came to pick her up, they told me she hurt her leg and was given antibiotics.
Immediately, I noticed she was not walking properly and rushed her to my vet. My dog had a spiral fracture and was in a cast for 6 weeks. Her leg will never be perfect again because the staff did not provide her with proper care. I called Atlanta Dog Spa to inform them of the seriousness of my dog's injury, but they just said sorry and shrugged off the whole thing.
I have not boarded my dog since. I will only allow her to stay with friends and family who actually care. If you love and adore your dog, do not send him or her here!
Pros: Nothing
Cons: Horrible Care, Uncommunicative, Lack of Attention
We've been their customers for about 5 years now, and have not one complaint. When we turn the corner onto 10th Street from 85N our dogs go nuts to get there and once in the parking lot they want into the Spa ASAP. It's like we're suddenly not there as far as our dogs are concerned, which is a great feeling when you need to trust their sitters. This helps us relax when traveling. You MUST give them at least a try. We drive from So. Metro Atlanta to them because of the great service; that should tell you how we feel about them. While there, say hello to Sarah, Stephanie, Jorge, and the rest of the staff. They're just great.
Pros: We feel like they treat our babies better than we do!
Cons: Somewhat out of the way for us; not their fault.
I didn't believe it until I saw it. This doggie spa is everything they claim to be. A great place for my pooch.
We have used Atlanta Dog Spa for doggy daycare and to board our silky terrier since she was a puppy in 2002. I visited aprx. 10 different facilities before we found this gem and none of the others could compare to the cleanliness (most places smelled like bleach or worse), facilities, or wonderful staff here.
We have moved with our dog from Atlanta to Chicago and then to the UK. However, because of the import rules to the UK, during this move we had to board our dog for 4 months. After never finding the same level of care in Chicago, we flew our dog back to Atlanta to stay at the Dog Spa for the four months. I can not describe what wonderful care they gave to my baby for this long stay. We were able to watch her on the webcams daily, the staff sent frequent pictures, made sure she got to play ball (her favorite), and worked with us on making sure she was groomed, healthy, and happy. They even packed some of her favorite little toys for her in her kennel for her trip to London. Several times I called or e-mailed to discuss various issues with the staff who were always caring, knowledgeable, and responsive. While I missed my little doggy more than anything, it really eased my mind to know that she was well taken care of and being loved on. She's now been back home with us for over a month and there have been absolutely no behavioral or health problems which you would frequently expect after such a long stay. I believe all of this is a credit to the wonderful care she received.
Can't recommend high enough!
Pros: Web cams, no kennels, large areas inside and out, wonderful staff, super clean
Cons: None that I can think of
We have been happy customers of the Atlanta Dog Spa since 2004. The staff there is, in a word, excellent. Currently, we have two boxers who attend day care 3-4 times a week, and we have boarded the dogs there several times while on vacation. Both Jake and Maxx have had birthday parties at the Dog Spa, and we enthusiastically recommend the place to our friends with dogs.
Most important, the staff genuinely cares about our boys, and the boys love being with their adopted aunts and uncles, as well as their many fur friends (especially that Riley!). Stephanie and Alison are particularly great, and when Maxx went through his "wee-wee on stuff in the living room phase" nobody complained. So far as Maxx knows, anyway.
There are several dog care facilities that are closer to where we live. But the level of service at ADS-- from bathing the dogs on short notice, to opening early so we can drop the boys off on the way to the airport, to making sure the boys share a kennel when they board-- is so great, we can't imagine going anywhere else.
Pros: The level of service
Cons: None as far as I know
Would not recommend boarding your dog here. I left my beautiful Lab there for 5 days and I called 2-3 times a day to check on her. With the exception of the first day (which we were told she was suffering from separation anxiety), We were told she was adjusting fine, playing with other dogs and doing great. We had her groomed before picking her up and when we arrived she had a gash on her head and was bleeding from her paw. NO one could tell us what happened. No explanation was offered. We were called later on as it was noted we were upset but instead of apologizing we were made to feel like it was our dogs fault. We were told she would go thru the video's and talk to the handlers and would let us know what she found out. I called to follow up and as of yet 2 wks later no one has called to give us an explanation. We called again and were pretty much told to bad. What a horrible experience..... its bad enough having to kennel your pups but to know they were harmed is just awful.
Pros: Kennel Free Boarding
Cons: Poor animal care
Not only does my dog love coming for daycare, where he gets hours of fun supervised daycare, I trust the staff with him for boarding as well. I don't know what experience the person with the negative comment had, but I've never had a problem, and the staff and handlers are always friendly and helpful and love my dog.
The best part is, my dog loves it so much he knows "doggie daycare" by command now and runs to the car - he can't wait to go back!
I love watching him on doggie cam.
Pros: Staff, Space, Attention
The facility is clean! Doesn't even smell like dogs. They have a livingroom where your dog can watch movies. Great indoor and outdoor play areas.
My dog comes here a few times each week and also boards here
Pros: great staff, good value, webcams
This is the best doggie daycare in Atlanta!
You can see your dog playing live on the webcams.
They even have a caretaker who stays overnight with the dogs who are boarding.
And, it's CLEAN!!! SMELLS GREAT!!!
#1 in Atlanta.....no bones about it!
Pros: webcams, good value, location
