The cabin was an absolute filthy dump-- it looked like it had not been cleaned in twenty years. The customer service was deplorable.
I don't know what it was like in 2008, but in Sept 2009, the cabins are great! Our cabin was extremely private and secluded, spotlessly clean, fully stocked, and perfectly lovely. The office personnel were very friendly, and everything went off smoothly. Highly recommended!
PLEASE don't take seriously what the previous folks stated. From the moment we arrived we were impressed by the decor and cleanliness of the cabin. It was tidy and well stocked. Everything was in its place. The view and fresh air were spectacular! Even the weekly cost was affordable. It was wonderful having the Jacuzzi right there in the bedroom. After a lovely soak, we found the mattress as comfy as the one we have at home. We can't wait to book again for next year! There's just so much to do and not enough time to do it! Try these cabins. You DEFINETELY won't regret it!
If you are expecting to play on the pool tables forget it! They are very dirty and off level. Cabin floors very dirty! Parking is very dangerous!! We will NEVER use Blue Ridge again! They gave me a 10% discount...boooo!

Blue Ridge Cabin Rentals have brand new cabins available to rent. We did notice when we arrived at our cabin that the sheets in the loft had not been changed and the carpet was not swept. If you like privacy, this is not the place to rent cabins. You can easily see your neighbors as there are no trees or anything to hide your view. The beds downstairs were very comfortable and we still enjoyed ourselves. We won't go back.

OMG is one way of putting it. This place was beautiful and so pleasant. This was our second vacation in the 17 yrs we have been married and my first trip to the mountains. When we walked into the cabin, all I could do was stand there and just look. It is just beautiful. We took tons of pictures of the cabin itself. We never used the whirlpool tub, but the hottub got plenty of use. We both just wanted to pack the cabin as is and bring it home with us. The open floor plan is amazing. It is there with other cabins but all alone at the same time. we look foward to visting our little hide away again soon. This place is so clean and well kept that it was like walking into a fairy tale book or a love novel. It was so much better than either of could have imagined. We had plenty of towels and other things we could ever need. We are missing yall already. See y'all soon.
