I love it for the majority of the time! very nice sellection of horse tack and apparel! (: The staff is very helpful! but sometimes, theyr'e a bit to helpful, and sometimes quite anoying. but are still very friendly and knowledgeable! :D

How's this for customer service: I bought a sunscreen for my horse. When they recommended a spray I raised my concern and told them I preferred the cream since I always have used cream before (bought it there of course). But they insisted for me to give the spray a try. I did try it and I did not like it. When I went to exchange it they said it was their policy not to exchange this product. I told them I did not want the product to begin with but they insisted I should get it, not telling me that I could not exchange it later. I asked the manager if at least they could give me a credit for just HALF of the price since I have been a customer of them for 14 YEARS. Her answer was NO. Okay then, I will not recommend this store to anybody as there are other places to buy what I need (Stateline Tack, Valley Vet, Country Supply and others, many with free shipping), so I will take my business elsewhere.

I found the Cinch jeans at Horse Town that my son loves to wear. We had purchased the Cinch jeans in the Bass Pro SHop in Nashville and I had not been able to find them until we went to Horse town. We had great service and was given the web sitte for the jean maker so we can now order them online.

To whom it may concern,

I only wanted a leather belt made in the USA.
My wife had purchased a belt for me for Christmas on December 10, 2007 and it turns out the sales associate at your Marietta store had her convinced it was an American made. When we discovered this on Christmas day, we promptly returned it to the store on December 30, 2007. I was told you have a no return policy and I was to have store credit. This is really not a problem as long as I have a leather belt made in America. I was told they would have to special order it because they were all out and they would have to call me when the belt came in. I never had a call from anyone at your store. I have called numerous times and have been told the belt is on order and they are always surprised at the fact no one has relayed this information. I called back yesterday, February 02, 2008 and was told the belt would be in mid February. I told the person on the phone that this was unacceptable and I would be in on Sunday, February 03, 2008 to pick up cash. The person apologized and told me to come in and pick up the cash. I just have returned from your Marietta store and am very upset with the store manager. She stated I have a ??blue? store credit and I could not get my cash. I asked for the name of the owner of the store to confirm this type statement and was told she was not allowed to give out that information. I am not sure what this means, but I know I will not be shopping nor have any of my friends or family shop at any of your locations due to this experience.

I think it is a bit long and ridiculous for an American made $23.27 leather belt, don??t you?

In a recent venture to my local Horse Town store, I encountered terrible service in the Horse Chew Toy department. Turns, out they don't have one. Bad service? Very much so.

Made a large purchase here on Sunday at 550pm and wanted to return the boots after getting them home sunday evening. I was there Monday morning at 945 waiting for them to open to return them and they obviously have a no refund policy. I will not be shopping here any more as I do not like places with these sorts of policies.

The store and the staff at Horse Town in Marietta Rocks! I spent four hours in the store and purchased everything I needed for a trip ""out west"". The prices are reasonable, inventory (jeans, boots, hats, gloves) is great, and the staff is incredibly helpful. There were local and loyal customers called by first names and others (like me) first to the store. This was a fun and productive shopping experience...
