I went into Lowe's looking for what I thought was a wallpaper smoother. I went directly to the paint department and asked one of two employees behind the counter. The employee told me what aisle and walked me to the aisle and pointed to where they were. I realized when I got to the aisle that what I wanted was actually an edger. I found one, but wanted a larger one. I went back to the same employee and she took me to the correct aisle, but it was not in stock. She noticed a box on the top shelf and told me to wait and she'd retrieve one for me from the box. She returned with just what I needed, which had been moved to another aisle. I was so appreciative of not having to stand there or wander aimlessly. I checked out in the garden department, where another employee asked if I needed assistance. It was a welcome change for me from the employee-free aisles at Home Depot across the street.
