Messy, bad quality, long lines, oppressive atmosphere like a run-down thrift store. AND the parking lot is creepy. Shopping center has increased in crime, so be on the alert if you're around there. I'd recommend you avoid the whole thing,

This store is a BIG Mess all the time- inside and out. First, the front entrance & sidewalk is nasty with trash, nasty trash recepticles, cigarette butts at the door, in the door and on the sidewalk. (Most times it is the employees outside smoking at the entrance).

Inside there are no Managers to be found be found anywhere; Customer Service doesn't even exist. Clean or good items are mixed with worn or broken items. The changing rooms have clothes stacked almost to the ceiling. Just plain clutter, clutter, clutter. And don't forget the shoe department - WHEW!. Look worse than a open flea market. We are not even going to mention the restroom-all I will say is that if the Rockdale Health Department or Rockdale County Code Enforcement were to do a visit, the store would be shut down on ordor alone - it stinks!

This store is always cluttered and messy. The lines are long. There is usually only one or two registers open and there is NEVER anyone to assist when looking for a specific item. The manager is never around when needed and the bathrooms....YUCK!

I visited the Conyers, GA store on today, Friday, Jan. 2, 2009. To my surprise, the store was a total mess. It was messy all over, but especially the shoe department. The feel of the store was not very pleasant. I managed to find a few holiday candles that were marked down and a jacket that was missing a belt. I waited in a long customer service line for @ 30 minutes because only one register was servicing returns, etc. Upon reaching the register for my checkout, the manager that I needed was on a call, so my wait was extended another 10-15 minutes. There were all kinds of stuff behind the register and I saw more candles that were behind the counter that I wanted to purchase. These items were put aside by the associates for later purchase. I asked if I could purchase these candles and was told that the associate was on the floor. The associate was paged several times and when she finally arrived, she gathered her belongings to purchase and gave her debit card to the cashier to ring up. I asked the manager why I could not purchase the candles that were remaining; she replied that the associates were customers too and that she wouldn't sell them to me. I shared with her my feelings of how this practice seemed quite unfair, since employees should not be shopping while on the clock. She did not care about my argument. I told her that I would take my business elsewhere. I do not plan on shopping this Burlington Store every again and will advise my family and friends to avoid the store too.
