Worst of all, they damaged my car. It looks like they backed into something about 3 times. There was no &amp;quot;I'm sorry&amp;quot;. After they fix my car, I will never go back again.       <title>1 Stars:  Window Issue (by Johnnie H.)</title>
      <description>&lt;p&gt;Stopped by 3/21/09 with a right rear window issue.  The service technician was able to work my vehicle in; however, I was quickly given a bill of $700 plus without a thorough investigation of the issue.  I did not want to blindly commit to the service fee.  The service manage offered to put some plastic over the window to save me the labor fee.  A four year old child could have done a better job taping the plastic over the window.  I was so disappointed with the behavior that I remove the plastic, took the vehicle home, remove the door panel in my garage, and raise the window myself.  I have given global import my business for seven year, but I will not utilize their service in the future.&lt;/p&gt;</description>

      <title>1 Stars:  Global did not want to sell a car (by Phil N.)</title>
      <description>&lt;p&gt;I recently went to Global Imports looking for a new M3 convertible. The salesman. Brian Norris, told me over the phone that they had 1 in stock and to come out and see it. Went there and he said it had all ready sold, only 2 days after we spoke on the phone. He also acted as if he did not want to be bothered with me, like he had better things to do. I would not recommend buying from GLOBAL, and probably not even a BMW. I am now considering a porsche cayman from Jim Ellis. Great service, sales staff, and a more reliable vehicle likely.&lt;/p&gt;</description>

      <title>1 Stars:  Service Department Is Making Global BMW a Fortune (by BUZZRP)</title>
      <description>&lt;p&gt;I have had the enviable &amp;quot;opportunity&amp;quot; to take my BMW to visit Global BMW's Service Department numerous times over the past few years.  Apparently I bought a lemon.  The Service Representatives are professional but it is clearly a mixed bag as to how empathetic or caring each one is.  I've met with multiple service representatives and some care while others don't.  Remember, you only represent $'s for them as they most likey get paid for how much in repair they generate.  &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;I have to give the service department a BIG THUMBS DOWN as each time I take my car in it seems that something else breaks or goes wrong within a month of service or they don't fix the original problem that I brought the car in for.  The IDrive on my BMW has been a complete nightmare and continously has errors.  When I point this out they claim that it needs to be &amp;quot;re-masked&amp;quot; to the tune of $2,000 when it never worked from the beginning and should have been covered under the warranty.  Every repair trip costs at least $500 but more normally $1,000+.  The Global BMW service department stinks.  Period!&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;I would love to know what BMW repair shop is the best in Atlanta, clearly it is NOT Global BMW.&lt;/p&gt;</description>

My salesperson was especially helpful in locating exactly the car I wanted and answering all of my questions along the way.  He worked diligently communicating with us all through the process and made sure we were satisfied in every way.  I can't emphasize enough how much we appreciate the way we were treated by all your staff.  You made us feel comfortable and appreciated.  It was a pleasure doing business with you all and that's something I've never been able to say about the car buying process before now!  You have my business for life.       <description>&lt;p&gt;Thank you for all your hard work/effort in the purchase of my BMW 335i.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;First, let me tell you that the reason the BMW slogan is &amp;quot;BMW is the ultimate driving machine&amp;quot; is because IT IS THE ULTIMATE DRIVING MACHINE! This is the nicest car I ever owned and I am loving the drive around Atlanta, even makes the traffic jam not seem so bad.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;You both showed me a tremendous amount of respect, knowledge and courtesy which has continued even after the sale.  You were very conscientious of my crazy schedule and limited time.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Please be advised that I will highly recommend you and your dealership to anyone I know who is looking to purchase a car.&lt;/p&gt;

      <title>1 Stars:  Unacceptable service (by Chris A.)</title>
      <description>&lt;p&gt;Let me first say that when I've taken my car into Global Imports unannounced (twice for tire issues) they have dealt with the issue in a very expedite manner.  Unfortunately, that experience is not the same when you actually make an appointment.  I recently took my car in for service for a terrible rattle coming from the back of my car.  My scheduled service advisor passed me off to a service advisor who supposedly dealt with me the last time I was in...which turned out not to be the case. That individual, Matt Luckie, promptly checked me in and said the correct service advisor would call me by the end of the day and arranged for a loaner car.  As the day came to an end and no one had contacted me I called Global Imports but never could get someone to call me back.  Another twenty four hours passed without Global Imports initiating contact.  The only time I talked to someone when was I called them.  Finally, on the third day, feed up with this poor service I called the GM.  Of course he was in a meeting but they promised he would call me back as soon as he was done.  When my phone finally rang it was a Service Manager, James Hall, not the GM (who had left for the day).  He told me how my situation was being handled by Michael Condry (not sure about the spelling of the last name) was unacceptable and he would check in to the situation and call me back the next day.  Well, here I sit 48 hours later with no call from anyone at Global Imports.  If you have a BMW and can choose where you get your car serviced in Atlanta I would strongly recommend going somewhere other than Global Imports.  I get better service from the Ford dealership than I get from Global Imports.&lt;/p&gt;</description>

      <title>1 Stars:  Horrible Service (by Brandy T.)</title>
      <description>&lt;p&gt;I have a 2002 X5, that I orginally brought in Los Angeles.  Well I recently moved to the Atlanta, GA and unfortunately one day my car would not start.  Being new to the area I didn't really know of any dealerships in the area so my car ended up being towed to Global Imports.  First off let me say that of the 4 years that I have had my car I had never had any serious problems or repairs.  Wel anyway after Global Imports checked my car that said that the problem was that I needed a new alternator and battery for $1148.38.  Well I said ok, and had them fix the car.  Well when I went to pay for repairs and pick up my car, I drove the car approx. 6 miles and it was running HOT.  I mean hot as in past the red area on the temperture gage.  W&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Well I pulled my car over and called the dealer to tell them what had happened with my car that I had just picked up minutes ago.  They had me wait on a tow truck for over 2 hours.  Had the car towed back to the dealer, for them to tell me that I had to wait to Monday (this was a Sat.) to find what was now wrong with the car.  I spoke with the manager that day because my service provider was already acting as if they were not responsible for the addtional problem, even though my car has never run hot and that was not even the inital problem.  When I spoke with the manager she listened to my problem but had not solution.  She said she would be keep me posted on the status because I no longer wanted to deal with my samer service provider.  She listened to complaint and dismissed it as soon as I walked out ofher office.  Because that same service provider ended up giving me call with the price of my new repairs.  Which were for a new radiator, that I was supposedly responsible for.  I am still awaiting a response from the dealer as I am disputing the price of $720.00 for the additional the repairs.  A new radiator, when my car had never run hot before - RIDICULOUS.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;I have always taken my car to the BMW dealer in Los Angeles, and always had a great experience.  However, when dealing with and speaking to those at Global Imports the experience has been shocking and very unpleasant not to mention costly.  I think that they are just trying to charge up their customers for repairs, and do it without the least bit knowledge of what custmoer service really is.  All I know is there will never get my business Again.&lt;/p&gt;</description>

      <title>1 Stars:  Beware: Global BMW sells expensive lemons (by demi b.)</title>
      <description>&lt;p&gt;We bought a new 2005 X5 from Global which happily accepted our money. Since then, we have taken our car in for repairs for a annoyingly loud knocking sound in the front end 6 times and 5 times for the rigged up Navigation System. The most recent time was while on vacation in D.C. &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;The GM, Dewayne Bowers, have been just as unhelpful and rude as the other jerks in the service department, Matt, Johna, Alan. In response to the ongoing problems he has suggested to Beth @ North America BMW that we take our car problems elsewhere. I don't recall hearing that statement in their sales pitch or seeing it in any advertisement. And the BMW representative for Atlanta is also rude and obnoxious. These people act as if they are doing you a favor by selling you an expensive lemon. &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;If you are looking for assistance from North America BMW, don't bet on it. We seem to be getting the same &amp;quot;who cares&amp;quot; attitude from them. We have been in touch with Beth in Customers Relations for nearly 2 months without results. And we have gotten absolutely no results from North America BMW since first contacting them over 1 year ago. They must shread the negative surveys they get from customers, because nothing is ever taken care of and they don't call you upon request for further asstance. &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Global BMW's GM, Dewayne Bowers, have made many unfilled promises. When we advised him that we were consulting with an attorney, he stated that we must first take part in mediation with the dealership, according to our contract. Stangely enough, he has not initiated this mediation or made any attempts toward a resolution. He went from so called doing-the-best-I-can to take your problems to another dealership. I sure this is what Scott Smith, President of Global BMW, hired him to do. &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;On Saturday, July 14, 2007, we got a call from Mr. Bowers, who stated that his BMW Rep is shoving us off to a dealership and Rep in D.C. to handle the problem. What's with these people? Do they realize that their customers are the only reason why they exist? We expressed to him that we are not going to put our car in the shop for the 7TH TIME. If they would accept responsibility for the problem as quickly as they cashed that check, life would be well for all. &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;For anyone whose thinking of buying a BMW, BEWARE. Stay away from Global BMW, and BMWs period, if you care not to invest in an expensive lemon and companies that will take you through hell. Read full article coming August 1, 2007 @ rawimagemagazine.com. &lt;/p&gt;

As proud as we are of ourselves, this wouldnt have been possible without our terrific customers. (Bull crap)&lt;/p&gt;

      <description>&lt;p&gt;Have brought my M3 in for maintenance and minor repairs.  No problems at all, I have no complaints about the quality of the work done.  Staff seem to be moving themselves very efficiently.  Free rental car while repairs are done.  If you show up first thing in the morning, it's going to be really busy and you're going to wait, so don't schedule 8am-9:30am.&lt;/p&gt;</description>

      <title>1 Stars:  Judgmental Sales Staff (by goalielax)</title>
      <description>&lt;p&gt;Severely disappointed in the sales staff.  I walked in on a Saturday afternoon ready to buy a late-model pre-owned M3 (not a bad deal for them to make a nice buck or two on).  I was greeted by a salesperson who told me they were under-staffed and someone would be with me.  I was wearing a polo, jeans, and nice shoes - typical of your late 20's guy.  My buddy was wearing a t-shirt, shorts, and flip flops.  Half an hour later, we still hadn't been attended to (but the guy who drove up in an SL 500 sure was within minutes of showing up). &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Needless to say, I walked - and 3 hours later drove off the lot of BMW of South Atlanta in the car I was looking for after having someone greet me a minute after leaving the car (it was a rental my buddy was driving while his BMW was in the shop and I didn't feel like driving my Porsche) and getting a test drive after just a few minutes of looking around.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;I can't wait to send them the picture of me shaking hands that afternoon in front of my new car at another dealership.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Moral of the story?  You better look like you have money if you want service on the weekend.&lt;/p&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;p&gt;I highly recommend Global Imports for their friendy, attentive sales and service staff and beautiful showroom.   My salesperson was knowledgeable and honest, and made by buying experience truly enjoyable.  The manager I met was extremely nice also, and at no point did I feel pressured or rushed.  They truly try to make you feel at home, and make the whole experience as fun as it should be!  I've been by once so far for my scheduled maintenance, and the service was superb as well.  They were highly efficient, answered all my questions, and had me out of there in a snap!  They have comparable loaner vehicles available for your use as well.  Two enthusiastic thumbs up!  Great job guys!&lt;/p&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;p&gt;I've gone to Global Imports for several years with my X5 and have found that if you are not careful, you will be charged for things that have not been fixed.  I complained that my brakes were squeaking.  Of course they charged me for &amp;quot;something&amp;quot; to fix it.   Not 10 minutes later, the brakes are still squeaking and never stopped.  Same thing with other work that they did...  Also, they have a very condescending service representative named Gil Mueller.... stay away from him !!!  The first couple of times I thought they were okay, but it got worse.   Unfortunately I &amp;quot;had&amp;quot; to take my car there this last time because of location, but from now on, I'll pay the extra driving time to go elsewhere.&lt;/p&gt;

      <description>&lt;p&gt;I agree with the other post from &amp;quot;chalky&amp;quot;....even though its years later - nothing has changed from what he said.  Global Imports in Atlanta treats you like you're an illegal alien, and then they act as if they are doing you a favor by taking your money.    Personally, I've even been charged for work to fix something, and found out later that it was not fixed.  They have service representatives with condescending attitudes, and I've heard their employees make some VERY derogatory remarks about some customers.  Don't trust them.  &lt;/p&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;p&gt;My husband has a 92 BMW convertible.  It is pretty much still in good shape.  Whenever he does have a problem with it, he always takes it to global imports.  I don't know that much about cars but according to my husband, they do great work.&lt;/p&gt;</description>

      <title>5 Stars:  No pressure, great service! (by Khalil J.)</title>
      <description>&lt;p&gt;I've never been this comfortable playing with cars. And that's what I was doing, believe it or not. I made no secret of it, either--as soon as I walked through the doors of Global Imports' HUGE dealership (complete with multi-level parking garage) I was greeted with smiles and familiar pats on the back. &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;I'll be direct--these guys know me. They know I'm not in the market for a bimmer. They know I'm not going to buy a Mini. But they don't stop entertaining my hobby of test driving, nor do they forget to remind me of the great deals I could get if I decided to buy one fine day. I've driven a Mini S, a BMW 330Ci, and a BMW 540i. Each time I go there, they are still as courteous as the last week, and they're just as personable as they ever were. &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;If you're in the market for a luxury car, check them out. You won't be disappointed.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;PROS: Sales staff who understand that sometimes, people don't go to buy

      <description>&lt;p&gt;upon waiting for nearly 25 minutes to get help (with no other customers on the floor) we couldn't take it anymore. From what I can gather, reading the newspaper and picking your nose is more important than helping potential customers buy a $40K+ vehicle. Go somewhere else.&lt;/p&gt;</description>
