I have used Milner Body Works for years. They pay close attention to customer service. Not only did they do a first class job on my auto repair, they make sure my insurance was filed correctly, located a tow service for me and made sure that my rental car was delivered to their shop and picked up at their shop. It is truly a one-stop shop.

I had my 05' Titan hit in a parking lot. Not only did Milner's fix the panel that was damaged, but also took care of another dent that was not included in the insurance quote at no extra cost.
Friendly service and very polite to deal with, and the fact that the owner is your primary contact is in my experience a huge plus.
I have recommended their work to several friends, and would do so again.

Poor Quality Control! Old guy at the front desk is INSULTING!

I took my Toyota Sienna in for bumper damage. Went to pick it up after 6 days in the shop and immediately noticed Milner didn't install two critical fasteners that attach the bumper cover to the wheel well - the fasteners were missing on *both* sides of the car - without these the bumper cover will flap and blow off. Milner also had some finish work or polishing to do inside the rear hatch frame. Milner acknowledged the problems and took care of it. For $2200 I would hope so.

Returned the next day to pick up the minivan and checked the bumper cover/wheel well fasteners. OEM part installed on the passenger side, however a poor fitting 3rd party fastener installed on driver's side. Showed the problem to Ken, they replaced the fastener with another one that fit tightly. It took diligence on my part to have the job done right, but OK.

Went shopping after leaving Milner. Opened the rear hatch to load groceries and noticed one of 4 screws on the top bumper cover was not installed - just an empty hole there. Drove back to Milner - arrived at 1:30pm and everyone is out to lunch except the old guy at the front desk with the white goatee and no one is available to install the missing screw.

Asked the gentlemen to take a look and explained it's the 3rd time I've been there (twice today!) to get this bumper cover done correctly, saying "You have a quality problem" - the old guy snapped "We have a customer problem!" I said "What?!"

The old guy repeated "It's a customer problem - I don't like your tone."

I said "Sir, I'm here three times and you guys can't put all the screws back!"

Tip to the wise: Take your vehicle to the auto dealer for repair. Everyone works off the same damage estimate software as the insurance company and charge the same rates. You'll get knowledge professional service at the dealer without the sloppy work!

Robert had an ins. claim for $5,000.00. He requested partial repairs on his "old van." We quoted for only the PARTIAL repairs requested. Again, ins. paid $5,000.00 our repair, $2200. Retainers do not affix the bumper to the vehicle. To suggest a missing retainer or two would cause the bumper to fall off is ludicrous. Still we are happy to address any issues & work diligently to ensure complete satisfaction. Robert spent NO LESS than 20 min. inspecting the vehicle, laying in the gravel to inspect, before driving away. It is counterintuitive that he would leave with ANY thing amiss. Robert was disrespectful, rude and aggressive to us, both on the phone and in person. We treated Robert with respect despite his antagonistic behavior. "The old man" is Mr. Billy Milner, the retired founder of the business, only works during lunch. Mr. Milner repeatedly instructed Robert to speak directly to Ken. Robert wouldn't leave w/o Mr. Milner looking at the vehicle, where Robert continued his aggressive & rude behavior. Mr. Milner, with over 50 years in business, would not insult a customer. To become curt with an unreasonable customer, is surely excusable.

I spoke with Ken and he explained some of my options and he helped me through the corrective repairs. I'll be a customer for life. I will never let an insurance company influence where I go, just so they can get by with the bare minimum of repairs with substandard paint and parts.

One of the few business left that you can actually talk to the owner. He personally helped me with my insurance claim and that means a lot to me. I like the personal service that milner body works has. you can tell that these guys really care about their customers.

The crew at Milner??s was terrific. Always nice and seemed happy to talk to me during the repairs. They treated me like family. After they fixed my Volvo, I had the dealership check it out. The dealer said that it was one of the best repairs that they had seen. Great job.
