We purchased a used Nissan Quest from Carriage. To say we are disappointed is an understatement. We got a good deal but the salesman lied and they didn't follow through with the deal they made. The vehicle had a dent and they were going to repair it, while it was in the shop the salesman said he could get us a loaner car. He flat out lied, we had to rent a car, it was at a cheaper price but WE still had to pay for it. The salesman called me a liar and was flat out horrible to me. I called his manager, my complaint fell on deaf ears. The worst part is we paid in full ($20,000.00 plus and even purchased their highest priced warranty). This is the thanks and appreciation they show their customers. We paid for the van on a Saturday, put it in the shop on Tuesday to be repaired, was told it would be 3 possibly 4 days, well here it is 7 days later and the van is still in the shop and you guessed it we are still paying for the rental car (bottom of the line car). I would never recommend this dealership to anyone as they won't follow through on their deals. Their management is uncaring as well. Once they get your money, they have no use for you and will leave you high and dry. The worse part for them was my husband was going to go back the next Saturday and purchase a brand new Titan pickup truck from them, they sure lost that sale. This was told to the manager and he still did nothing about our dissatisfaction. Such a shame.Just an update...O6/24/07We got our van back finally after 10 days. They did give us the key chain thing, they cleaned it out, and even said they would take care of the loaner cost. Well once again, they lied. I checked our credit card and there it was $460.85, to say the least we are furious. Once we were told they would take care of the loaner cost, we were totally thrilled, what a let down. I have already filled a complaint with BBB and tomorrow we will call and dispute the charges on our credit card as they were not authorized. It such a shame that places like this are able to do this to people.
