What a crook! Pat Riley should be in jail if he isn't already. Overbilled us, bad work, never finished the house, can't recommend for anything. Stay away from this builder, far, far away - it will cost you plenty if you don't.

This builder has been arrested for 'theft' - for stealing from people he was building for, stay away. He spent approx. 2 weeks in jail after his arrest.

We can't recommend this builder at all, crooked walls, mold from foundation problem, budget was 25% over what we agreed to, mostly from the builders 'extra' charges. An then the bad craftsmanship (well really no craftsmanship) from sub-contractors, including framing, trim, painting, after the builder assured us, he used the 'best'. We used this builder based on his experience, quality assurance guarantees and budget adherence gaurantees - we didn't experience any of those - only the opposite. We should have checked more references.

I have lived in a Pat Riley home for 5 years now and love it. Very well built. I've had a few issues but Pat responds promptly. His subs may be lacking in some areas.

We have been in our home several years now and had have nothing but the best experience. Good craftsmanship and response to our problems. Over budget yes, bur something to be expected in mountain areas. Would use again and have recommended several times.

I agree 100% with the previous review, had the same problem. Way over budget, didn't control or monitor subs. Bad experience. Cannot recommend at all.

Bear Creek Custom Homes - Pat Riley. Ellijay, GA. Negative Feed Back. Builder was way over budget, didn't monitor sub-contractors work, completion or costs. Nice house, would never use this builder.
