No complaints with spa area or the people that does brows, it's the stylists who need a course in "How do I give the best service possible?" These people need to learn how to greet a customer and welcome them, treat people with courtesy and respect, then listen to what the customer is saying and deliver. Not everyone wants to hear the loud music(keep it at a medium level), don't gossip about other customers (I could be next)and be consistent and reasonable with your prices(some of you ladies are greedy)your shop will only attract a lower class of people.

This is a very nice salon, the people services and treatment,. A very good place to get great services.This is the CLEOPATRA in STONECREST MALL area very nice stylist work there tralina & sonya, go and get good treatment.

I am very choosy as to who I allow to do my brows. i AM USUALLY NOT PLEASED WITH A LOT OF PEOPLE. This place was remarkable. I heard about them through a friend and I am glad that I listened.
