The Seat Surgeon was recommended to me by someone at Jim Ellis Audi in 2004. At that time, the Seat Surgeon was operating out of Atlanta Classic Cars (M-B dealership in Duluth off I-85). My 1998 Audi's front leather seats were showing signs of wear at 60,000 miles, meaning the beige leather dye was cracked and discolored in high wear places. I met the operator Bruce, and he inspected my leather upholstery carefully. He compared the leather dye to various paint chips to determine the correct color match. He recommended that I have him redo all the seats to ensure everything would match later. I left my car with him for about an hour, and when I returned, I was shocked to see my seats looked brand new -- absolutely stunning! The only reason I'm not giving Bruce 5 stars is because he didn't take a credit card. Well, I should mention that no leather dye is permanent, and it eventually wore off in some high-use areas after a year and a half of daily use. (BTW this is perfect if you're selling a premium car that has some leather wear to increase its resale value.)
