BodyFitz will celebrate 8 years in business at this location on July 3rd! It has been our purpose for all this time to provide the most efficient and effective training for our clients. Your goals are our goals! Our high quality trainers have 4 year college degrees as well as their personal training certifications, liability insurance and CPR. BodyFitz has career trainers that have been here for years! They are awesome and will treat you the way you desrve to be treated! I have been training for over 10 years, (since I gave up my teaching career in CT) I personally hire our trainers, and always look for the best!
NEW: Our new Fat Blasting Class is offered 5 times a week now and is High Intensity. only $12.00 for the 45 minute combination cardio/muscle toning workout. Our specialty is still Personal Training, but we are pleased to be able to offer this great class to supplement workouts! Come check us out!

BodyFitz gets a 10! I have been training at BodyFitz for 1.5 years and it has made a big difference in my health and has trimmed off countless inches. Dan Fitzsimmons is extremely picky about his trainers and has put together a fabulous staff. They really care about the individuals, their goals, and their health. Regular assessments insure accountability both for the trainer and for me. Nutritional advice, encouragement, and availability of extra support like massage therapists all contribute to the added value of training at BodyFitz. The loyality of the clientele speaks to the overall excellence of the BodyFitz experience. It was hard for me to make that first move to a personal trainer but I was so comfortable the minute I walked through the door I hated that I had waited. It is a fun place to train and the clientele varies in age and everyone is so friendly. We have a great time and it is sooooo beneficial. I can't imagine my life without BodyFitz!
