There is always a LONG wait at this office and the toys in the waiting room are all broken. The staff is too busy with personal conversations to take care of you and just ignore you. Most of the dental assistants seem to be new and in training and speak in broken English that is VERY hard to understand. The dentist is VERY rude and appears to have no humor or "bedside manner" when it comes to kids. She didn't introduce herself to me or my child and didn't even really acknowledge us or tell us what was going on. She seems like she is burnt out and needs to retire. The room wasn't equipped properly so she kept yelling at and demeaning her staff in front of everyone present. I waited for 75 minutes for her to take 5 minutes to fill a small cavity!! They also seem incapable of answering the phone when you try to call and can't seem to bill my insurance company properly. I always receive a bill 5 mos. after the appointment! Please do not take your children here unless you want them to be scared of the dentist for life!!!!

my child and i had a very pleasant experience. the last pediatric dentist would not let me go with my child and he came out with a very red, crying look. he told me he hated the dentist. when we went to dentistry 4 kids in Suwanee they let me go back with my child. he sat in my lap for the cleaning and for the doctor's exam. he was so good. i would recommend them to anyone.

The staff at this office are very pleasant, the dental hygienist took the time to explain the procedures to me and my child. They have a clean and child friendly waiting room with activities to keep the kids busy. You will also be able to go back with your child during his/her procedure. However I think Dr.Jones is really rude, she did not acknowledge me, nor did she take the time to explain to me or my child what she was about to do. After she examined his mouth she left him sitting in the dental chair and took off. One of the staff had to explain to me what was going on. If it wasn't for her friendly staff and the good job they did on my child's teeth Dr.Jones would be out of business.

Dr. Jones is mean ! I would deff recomend the Duluth office rather than the suwanee one . The other DR is very nice & i've grown u going there . i agree Dr Jones is very rude & is not gentle at all when it comes to young patients . Good thing they give you prizes . Good staff at Duluth office .

The worst part of the visit was that Dr. Jones never spoke to my child during the visit. He was almost 4 and having a filling and a root canal. The staff had assured me that Dr. Jones would explain things to my son in a way that he could understand, but that she would make sure that she didn't scare him. Well, she breezed into the room and talked to me briefly then directed her assistant to begin her part. After that, she took out a needle and, with no warning at all to me or my child, she gave him the shot. She made no apologies to him what so ever as he lay there confused and crying. Of course she left the room to give him time to get numb. During that time, I asked the assistant if Dr. Jones would explain things better to him before she started drilling, or should I. The assistant said that the staff had better words to use with the kids and that a lot of times parents just scared them more by accidentally using scary words or just plain saying to much. She assured me that Dr. Jones would explain things to him before doing any work. Needless to say, that never happened. The only thing that I was happy with is that they do let you go back with your child during the entire appointment. I can't believe that any parent would allow dentists and their assistants to use "laughing gas" and in some cases even stronger means to sedate their children, then drill and/or extract teeth without their presence. However, my issues with this Dentist's office go way beyond what I have had time to explain here, I'll just say that it would take far to long and who would want to read it? The problems range from the office making the initial appointment which the dentist decided to cancel because she didn't feel that they had enough patients coming that day to make it worth her time. The office staff failed to call me to cancel. Luckily, an hour before our appointment, I called to see if my son could eat anything and they told me they were closed that day!!! Problem being that we had waited over 3 weeks for the appointment because they were booked. My husband was out of town at the time, so my grandmother got up early and came to watch my daughter. She was already at my house when I found out we weren't going. That was embarrassing. Also, it was my sons first dental visit. He was nervous so we had been talking about it, reassuring him. There was all this build-up. Then we got up that morning and got dressed, the entire time he's asking as many questions as a small child with no idea what to expect possibly can. Eventually I had to tell him, Oh well, we are gonna do something else today. On top of it all, they never managed to properly bill the insurance company and almost a year later, we are still trying to straighten it all out. After all this, I'm more freaked out than he is that we are about to have to go to the dentist... but not this dentist!!!

My younger borther goes here to get his teeth cleaned and they have the best service for kids. They treat kids really nice and they give them free stuff if they are good.

My younger brother went here and they did a really great job on his teeth. They cleaned them well and gave him some great snacks afterward. I highly recommend this dentist office.

We took out three year old in to have extractions done. The atmosphere is great for children, lots of toys, friendly staff, but they were so disorganized when it came time to do the extractions. They had given the shot to numb, then found themselves lacking the proper tools in that room, left needle in chilkds mouth while another ran around looking. Was the worst experience our child has ever had. As with most parents our top concern is quality of care, not just how many toys are provided. Would not advise anyone with small children in need of serious dental work to go here.

PROS: great office atmosphere
CONS: incapable staff
