Just like the last reviewer, my husband bought me a gift certificate and then they closed...the number I called said they filed bankruptcy, so there's nothing I can do about it...just let a bunch of money go to waste. I guess there were no decent owners there or they wouldn't have sold a GC knowing they were going to close down...

My kids bought me a gift certificate just a couple of weeks before this business closed. I can't believe they sold the certificate knowing they were going out of business! And I called the number that's now on the website, but the people there say they don't know anything about any gift certificates. Unbelievable!

Wow what an experience very pleased from front door experience to spa services to hair the hot tea in the relaxation room was just the cherry on the cake..

I cannot believe that anyone would think that this place is anything but great. Everyone there is very professional and great at what they do. I have had nothing but awesome service from them and they always cater to your needs. The employees are not old and out dated as you say they are very experienced and therefore can do a better job than anyone else.

I read a negative review for this salon and all I can say is that she must have gone in when there were a different set of girls working there. I have been all over Kennesaw and had nothing but horrible hair color. I went to one of the girls at Raven Loche because a friend of mine recommended her. I wish I had gone in sooner! Both the cut and color were phenomenal! Everyone there was so nice and made me feel at home. If you haven't already, definately check it out!

Wasn't a good experiance from the start. I booked an appointment came in and wasn't on schedule. I had been there 1 month before for a bikini wax, (this one went well) which was fast and almost painless, girl very sweet! Anways, rescheduled a month later for a bikini wax, massage and hair cut. I had a card with my appointment wrote on it so I know it was right, the manager wrote it. The lady at front was not very nice and she was the one who first scheduled appointment. She was fighting with a young girl up front at the same time as it were her daughter or something. Seemed like a lot of tension. My hair cut was great, just what i wanted and girl was super friendly, I would definitly recommend her again, but I wont be going back. My bikini wax was performed by the same girl and was still great. My massage girl had me sitting in the waiting area (which is very uncomfortable) for 20 min after my appointment was scheduled for. She didn't have anyone come out with her, so I don't know. The day was a big mix up. I had a friend who went there before, but we just go across the street.

PROS: Services are performed by knowlegeable staff
CONS: Front, most important part is mixed up.
