This dealer ship is a joke. The salesman (Jay) was very rude. I walked into the dealership with specific details that I wanted on my vehicle which I have already done extensive research. This salesperson treated me as if I was stupid and knew nothing about cars probably because I'm a woman. I knew more about the vehicle than the salesman did down to what the invoice of the vehicle. I walked out of the dealership after I was treated rudely, and the salesman still called me the next day. I politely told him that he was rude to me, I would not be doing business with his dealership, and please don't call me again. Again the very next day the salesman called me, and again I told him that he was rude and now this is the second time I have told him to not call me; it wasn't until then did I get a somewhat apology. He stated that he was sorry, but he wasn't rude. My advise to this dealership is to hire people that know about their products and don't treat women stupid because they are coming to buy a car.

I was searching for a new SUV for my mother on the internet and this is where I met Robert from Regal Nissan from internet sales. Later that week we met Robert to see the new Rogue. He was excellent! They gave my mother a great deal on her trade in and was extremely professional and sincere. Robert was very knowledgeable and even agreed to meet my mom on his day off to explain how to use the navigational system in it. (She is 66 and quite electronically challenged!). Dustin is very knowledgeable about his product and doesnt have the typical car salesman tactics to try to rip me off. He walked me through the car buying process and helped me select a perfect fits for me and my familys needs. I was thinking of going with Honda but Dustin explained the features and benefits of going with the altima over the accord and it all made sense in my opinion. My daughter loves her new car which Dustin went out of his way and took time to give a very in deep delivery. HE even helped set her blue tooth and navigation up for her. I think Dustin Morea is a great asset to Regal Nissan and sure hope they can have many other salesman just like him. Good job top Regal for hiring Dustin Morea

Family and I stopped by here looking for a new car this weekend and were stunned by the lack of customer service.
After walking the new car lot, we walked through the showroom. The receptionist didn't even acknowledge us in any way. After we started to leave someone came out and said a sales person would be with us in a few minutes.
After wandering around further, still no one tried to assist us.
What a disappointment.

I have just purchased my second car from Regal Nissan. Both purchases have been amazing. My first car was a 2008 Nissan Altima and my second was a 2011 Nissan Juke. Both times that I have been there they have had the exact model that I wanted or went out of their way to get it. Eventhough my Nissan Juke took longer to come in my sales person kept me up to date with my Juke. When my car arrived it was detailed and ready to go when I arrived at the dealership. Don't buy a car here...what a total waste of time. Salesman knew less about the vehicle than I did and sales process was old-school, smoke and mirrors stuff. We just moved to the South. Our Nissan Altima 2004 wouldn't start and it would stall. Took it to Regal Nissan and they diagnosed and repaired the problem promptly. The service manager Brent went above and beyond ! Customer service was excellent. I am pleasantly surprised and I will be taking my Nissan to them from now on. Thanks Regal Nissan.

After two horrifying experiences at Nissan Dealers (Gwinnett Place and Southerlin Mall of Georgia), I researched the internet for reviews to see if anyone had a good experience. I read a good one at Regal Nissan with Service Advisor Brian Jennings. I took it there and actually had a great experience. He took the time to look at my vehicle to see if there was actually a problem with something I asked for. As it turns out, he saved me money because it was actually functioning! I told him I had horror stories on this car and to offer any help he could with coupons or whatever he could for the rest of the services. Their diagnostic charge is much more reasonable than the other two Nissan dealers I had been to. They charged 1/2 of what the Gwinnett Nissan dealer wanted to charge me for the same repair on my vehicle. He gave me a 10% discount, they washed my car and even vacuumed inside! Best of all, it was fixed, it was pleasant and they didn't try to screw me!
I will definitely recommend Brian Jennings with this Dealer.

I tried on several occasions to relay this information and no one was willing to help. They do not offer assistance and seem confused about customer service. Only after contacting the president of the dealership was I able to finalize issues with my vehicle. Service appointments only take 4 1/2 hours which are normal lengths when having service done for you vehicle.

There are better places to go than to these people. Do not waste your time or money.

Steve went well out of his way to make sure my experience with my brakes on a new Murano was resolved very quickly. I was given a very nice loaner to drive and was constantly updated on parts delivery and repairs. My car was cleaned and looked showroom new upon pickup. I have since purchased 2 more vehicles and had the same courteous service. TY

I was in the market looking to buy a new car and approached this dealership for an Altima 2007 model. This dealership is one of the best ones i have dealt with so far, the sales person working with me, Dustin, is a great guy, professional and very easy to work with. Even though i didn't know what type of car i was looking for, he helped me look thru all the cars, test drive them and explain to me the pros and cons of each. They offered to drive the new vehicle to my apartment or pick me up from my place. I would reccommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy a Nissan.

I used this service location for my last car. They had good service times and I could generally get my repair done within a few days. They drove me to the mall to kill time if I needed to. The staff were pleasant and efficient. I never had a problem with a repair they did. They have a comfortable waiting area as well.

My family has bought 4 cars from this dealership in the past 10 years and we have been happy with every one of them. The sales staff is great and the Nissans are great cars. We have bought 1 used car and 3 new cars so we have had experiences with both departments. They are very nice and helpful.

I HAve actually bought a nissan Xterra from here,and i got a great deal on it. It was during inventory though. The dealers here are nice and they have good rates on repairing your car(though if it's nissan,it is probably in tip top shape)
