I was helping my daughter look for her first car. Found a CRV on the MM Honda website but no price. Called the dealership and the gentleman said that he could not give me a price as they were having a labor day sale and we would have to come in. Why would I drive to a dealer maybe to find out that the vehicle was not in our price range. I am sure if you are out car shopping that is alright but not when trying to plan ahead.

I expected better from MM Honda and "you got that right"

I would not recommend this dealership to my worst enemy. The salesman was nice but could not deliver through on a previously discussed price. We spoke with a manager that was arrogant and made every effort to show how right he was. When asked about a flaw on one of the certified vehicles his response was "well it is a used car" in a condescending tone to my wife, which really got discussions off on the right foot. After offering a price on our trade in that was half the trade in value, he made the comment that we were just trying to get pay off, which was not the case. We were just trying not to get taken and expected a reasonable offer. This was a terrible experience and a perfect example of horrible customer service. I can't imagine how they would have treated my wife in my absence considering the rude attitude in my presence.

Milton Martin Honda was by far the worst car shopping experience I have ever had. I was lied to, manipulated, gamed, pressured and oh the cheesy sales tactics, completely unprofessional. I am very surprised Honda allows these guys to operate like this. Your first clue will be when you walk up to the front door, look to your left, all ...the sales guys will be piled into a van, engine running, air conditioning on. As you approach the front entrance, the van door will slide open and your

I have been a customer of Milton Martin Honda for several years and have always had a very good experience. The service on my 2002 Accord has always been completed by the time that I was told. They have snacks, a TV, computer, and even a "quiet" lounge that I can do my work while I wait. The sales staff has always been courteous and helpful should I wander up in the showroom while waiting on my service. Prices are reasonable and staff is A+++. Highly recomended.

My last two experiences (Dec.' 09 and April '10) at Milton Martin Honda Service Department in Gainesville, GA were both extremely negative, but my most recent visit to the service department on April 10, 2010 was the worst I have ever experienced at any auto dealership or service department. The employee I checked in with was friendly and cordial at first. As the morning progressed, she became unprofessional and rude, which was her response to my dissatisfaction and frustration. Instead of providing me with a calm opportunity to speak and then being given the respect of being listened to, the employee raised her voice at me in the waiting area. She spoke to me using an extremely hateful tone of voice and behaved in an unprofessional manner, causing me to feel inferior. I waited about 10 minutes shy of seven hours for my vehicle. Communication between the service department was poor as I waited from 9:00 until 12:40 for the first communication on the progress of work being done. At that point, the only work completed on my vehicle was an oil change, tires rotated and balanced and new windshield wiper blades put on the vehicle.
In addition, the amenities posted on a poster in the waiting area were not all provided. For example, the only "snacks" provided were bananas. The service department employee offered the shuttle service, however, at that time I was told "it shouldn't be much longer for my car to be ready" and I chose to continue waiting. As the hours went by, my blood sugar dropped as I am borderline hypoglycemic. The service department employee did not ask me again about the shuttle service. Every time I asked how long it would be before my car would be ready, I was given a time that I felt was sooner rather than later and waited. In Dec. '09, I also waited an inappropriate amount of time....about 5 hours.
The most disturbing part of my day was the treatment I received by the service department employee.

I was a 25-year customer of Honda until I had the misfortune of moving to the area and having an experience with this dealership's service department that has turned me off to the entire Honda line for life. Yes, the experience was that bad! Today, in spite of all the recall media, I became the owner of a new Toyota. No more Honda referrals from this household.

I purchased a CRV from them. Gary was very honest over email/phone. He gave me a very straightforward best price, no hidden charges, fees, or disclaimers. When I visited the dealership, everyone was courteous--answering all the millions of questions I had. The customer service was almost perfect. I highly recommend them if you want to go to a honest dealership, which does a tons of business purely on their ethical business practices, and good relationships with their customers. Their pricing is extremely competitive. I was kind of shocked how honest, and straighforward everything was. I can't recommend them enough.

I was looking to purchase a new car and looked at several car dealerships and ending up at Milton Martin Honda. I purchased a 2007 Honda Accord and the service from Butch Miller, Gary, Sales Staff and Service Department was great. Would highly recommend them to anyone.

had a 2005 Honda odyssey with the seat back pulled out on driver and passenger side they tried to fix 2 times, on the third time they made my wife sign a release of responsibility or pay for the warranty on the seats before they would give the van back. They also told my wife not to put anything in the pockets.(why does Honda put them there for looks)

I negotiated purely over email and telephone with Gary. He came thru on his promises and even traded his stock with another dealership so I could get what I wanted. Paperwork was ready when i got there on a busy saturday morning. He seemingly dropped what he was doing so he could complete our transaction. Highly recommended.
