Jones Lynda - West Georgia Orthodontics

I've been attending this facility since 2006. When i first started they were NICE and pleasant after I signed the contract things changed for the worst. There are some individuals there who are extremely rude! According to the staff I will not and can not use my military discount because it wasn't noted at the time I signed the contract- nor can I use my personal insurance to apply to the final balance. If you go there you will have to SETTLE or Buy out your contract! Dr. A herself is very nice she will go out of her way to start a conversation with you however that can lead to awkardness- but she gets points any way. Her staff is mainly the problem. Also it must be noted that all of the dental assistants are not mean but most of them are!

One good thing about WGO (west ga ortho) they can help you to obtain braces for an affordable prIce.

This place is like the lottery, you may get a kind dental assistance or you may not!

Be aware of Sharon she sits at the front desk sometimes she works and sometimes she doesn't want to be bothered... approach at you own risk!

***If you call in to make payments they will not always answer the phone DURING OFFICE HOURS and you will be charged a late fee***

I am not impressed. My dentist tried to talk me out of using them but for ins reasons I didn't have another choice. I have been a patient there for 2 1/2 years now and was told that I would be getting fitted for my retainer last month, meanwhile I had a cleaning appt with my dentist, he pointed out numerous things that my orthodontist needed to do or they would cause me a great deal of problems if they were not fixed prior to getting my braces removed. Dr A nor Dr Chin had addressed any of these issues. The office manager is very rude and has no customer service skills. There is a huge turn over with the techs and each time I ended up with a new one their inexperience was very obvious.

I know about 10 families who absolutely adore Dr. A and her staff. They tell me that her services are second to none and she is willing to work with any family concerning financial matters. I am terrified of dentists but based on my co-workers recommendations, I am going to schedule an appointment with Dr. Augustine's dental practice. I will tell you how it goes.... and based on all the recommendations I am going to give this practice three stars for now......

My daughter has been going to Dr. Augustine for over two and half years. The office staff broke two crowns off that had to be replaced at my expense by another dentist. My daughter is scared to go back now I have been told I must pay $200.00 to have the braces removed. My child is in a great deal of pain and Dr. Augusine could care less.

My daughter goes to Dr A and I have been very impressed. She is professional and caring and not at all intimidating for my 7 year old. She is reasonably priced and willing to work with us financially. highly recommended!!
