I purchased a new home and unfortunately the builder chose UnClassey as its HVAC contractor. Problem with an AC unit which needed a new compressor. Delays and song and dance over and over as to why it could not be repaired as promised. Long story short-I had to get another contractor, eventhough all was to be under my one year warranty and it was one month now and mid-July, to repair my unit. DO NOT use them!

Had them come for a "maintenance check" - the guy shows up at 4:55 pm and is gone by 5:10 pm tp check 3 units - he essentially replaced 1 filter (i had done the other 2) and did some bogus 'visual inspection' - no testing of thermostat, no check of outside units, nothing....then he tried to sign me up for a ridiculously overpriced $350 annual contract - customer service rep was very unfriendly too - avoid them at all costs and will NEVER use them again

We had Classey come out several times to try to diagnose a cooling problem in our townhome (which was less than a year old). We went through several of their techs, and each one thought they had fixed it. Then they tried to tell us that it was ok to only be able to cool the house to 85 degrees in 95 degree weather. Yeah, nice one. Eventually after about 4-5 different trips over 2 months during the summer they fixed it. Meanwhile, the house was hot and the system ran continously costing us a lot of money - to not cool anything. I will never use them again.

We had problems cooling our house and Classey came out and tried several different tactics for us to find a solution. I would recommend them for their courteous service and willingness to work with the customer. Great Job! We were very satisfied with the overall experience and have recommended them to our friends and neighbors
