Needed a new car for my wife. The new Prius V-Five had the best combination of safety, gas milage (44mpg), features and room. I could only find the car with the features and color at two dealers. The salesman at our local dealer in Sandy

The ABSOLUTE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. Went to purchase a car because mine was a total loss due to an accident. Two salespeople were assigned to help me. The man showed me 2 cars and we test drove each. I decided to purchase the 2nd car. I didn't finance through them. Salesman told me it had to be run through service and certified. Told me it wouldn't take long and then they would do an auction wash. Eight (yes I said 8) hours later, I get the car. I had to take it back the next day to be detailed. Three days later, Salesman calls me to say car had not been run through service and I had to bring it back. I sat there for 8 hours and it had not been to service. Salesman was unprofessional trying to sell me gas gadget for my car and hand cream (of all things) on the side. Three weeks later, I notice damage on the passenger side of car (salesman told me there was no damage - never been wrecked). Took back to dealer, they fixed. When I picked it up, I noticed 3 scratches on the driver side of car that were not there when I brought the car in. Manager and collision manager told me someone keyed my car while it was there being fixed. Unbelievably poor service, sales. I will never purchase another vehicle from this dealership. You should avoid it too unless you enjoy one headache after another.

I went here with my Mom to buy a Scion. Three weeks after buying it, a loud noise started coming from the engine area. I took it to a local dealer and they told me that the car was modified and no longer covered under warranty. The service manager installed a cold-air intake on the car and did not warn me that this would void the manufacturers warranty.

I went to Toyota Mall of Georgia and they said was no problem even after i showed them records stating otherwise from the Toyota dealer in Lawrenceville. They have kept my car for almost a week and I am still having to find a ride to work.
The worst part is feeling helpless about the situation. I went to a dealer to avoid these types of complications.

I've purchased three cars from Mall of Georgia Toyota and found the sales experience and the service to be excellent. It's a very large dealership so you wind up working with a range of people but they are all professional and well trained.

We visited many other dealerships in the metro area and most impressed with Toyota Mall of Georgia. The salesman was extremely patient with us and did not pressure us one bit.
