I have taken all of my pets to Lassiter Animal Hospital for many years for veterinary care and boarding and bathing and have never had anything but positive experiences. One of my dogs is very skittish and other vets have refused to handle her, but the staff at Lassiter has always done a wonderful job, giving her the care she needs without any undue stress. The doctors are skilled and the staff is dedicated and always courteous and helpful. I would recommend them to anyone who loves their pets!

We brought our cat in to Lassiter animal hospital with a urinary blockage. After 24 hours the doctor informed us they were unable to treat the animal for it's illness and sent us to a better equipped facility.
By the time we arrived at the "other" facility the cat was turning for the worse. We found out that the catheter was kinked and that the urine continues to back-up into the cat thus creating a more toxic situation than prior to ever entering Lassiter animal hospital.
The Doctor should have been honest and straight forward upon our initial visit, informing us that they were not equipped to handle this type of situation, let alone perform a procedure that they did not monitor. The poor cat died this morning, Lassiter animal hospital got their $500.00 I have a household in despair.
This may have been avoided if we were just referred to a acute facility in the first place.
RIP Nate...The hell with Lassiter animal hospital..

We used Lassiter Animal Hospital for boarding about 2 years ago. We left our 3 dogs and never thought to tour the kennel. We received a call 3 days later that our beloved pet had been electrocuted by an extension cord that fell into her water bowl and she stepped into the water. The kennel was not GFCI protected. After talking to several other pet lovers about Lassiter Animal Hospital, they also had a bad experience with their older pet being left outside in over 90 degree heat. The dog had heat stroke and almost died. If you do need to board your animal please take the time to tour the kennel very thoroughly and ask lots of questions.
