One of my dogs is very skittish and other vets have refused to handle her, but the staff at Lassiter has always done a wonderful job, giving her the care she needs without any undue stress. The doctors are skilled and the staff is dedicated and always courteous and helpful. After 24 hours the doctor informed us they were unable to treat the animal for it's illness and sent us to a better equipped facility. <br /> By the time we arrived at the &quot;other&quot; facility the cat was turning for the worse. We found out that the catheter was kinked and that the urine continues to back-up into the cat thus creating a more toxic situation than prior to ever entering Lassiter animal hospital. <br /> The Doctor should have been honest and straight forward upon our initial visit, informing us that they were not equipped to handle this type of situation, let alone perform a procedure that they did not monitor.
