Morris Sonja - Bingham Dental Group

Never in my life have I had such a horrible experience in dealing with a dentist office. Dr. Bingham's office is the most unprofessional dentist office whose services I have ever employed. Dr. Bingham was rude both to her staff and to me, her patient. She berated staff in front of me while performing work on my teeth. The work she did was sub-standard at best, and will require me to seek corrective work from a more qualified dentist as the fillings she put in left my bite out of alignment and one of my teeth in severe pain for several weeks after the procedure. Her office staff explicitly stated that I would not be billed for certain procedures that they elected to perform, and then they proceeded to bill me anyway. When I raised the issue, my concerns were dismissed out of hand by Sonja Morris, the Office Administrator. Ms. Morris was rude, sarcastic, and condescending. I would highly recommend to any current or potential patients that you seek more professional and qualified service elsewhere.
