.

The Right One do a great sales pitch on you, they schmooze, they flatter, they have a compatability testing process, they make out that they have absolutely tons of people and exactly the sort of people that you are looking for. However, they are careful not to show you too many specifics before you have signed on the dotted line and handed over your fistful of cash.

More fool me for falling for their sales pitch - the reality was desperately bad. They appeared to have a complete lack of understanding of my personality and the type of people I would be compatible with. I gave them rigorous feedback after each date and clearly outlined the issues with the people they were matching me with but the situation, if anything, deteriorated. I think the underlying issues are twofold:
1) they have very few decent people in their system
2) their staff are not very smart and not very well suited to their jobs.

After 7 introductions, which got incrementally worse with each date, I finally lost my patience and asked them to refund the balance of what I had paid. Not an unreasonable request in my view, but it has proven impossible to even get them to engage in a discussion about this.

Save yourself a lot of money and a big waste of your time and avoid The Right One like the plague.
