PJ's is by far one of my favorite places to eat in McDonough! I love their spinach dip and croissant sandwiches! They also have great country fried steak! The service is also very friendly and the food is wonderful and not too pricey!

I really love this restaurant. They are quick and not to expensive. They have really good spinach dip with homemade chips. A great place to take the family for lunch, especially after church.

I wasn't impressed with this restaurant. The food was bland and the service was slow. Although the food portions are large, the prices are quite high. Not one of my favorite places.

PJ's Cafe is a great upscale restaurant located on McDonough Square. The staff is very friendly and attentive, even with small children. The food is very good and prices are above average. We went for Mother's Day Sunday Brunch and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves.

My husband and I were not impressed with this place. We felt the menu was not diverse enough and pricey for what they were offering. We have not returned and rather go to a chain than here. The service was ok and the location is great, but you can find better in the area.

Pros: location

Cons: prices, menu selection

PJ's provides consistant, well prepared basic food. They seem to understand that fresh, quality ingredients expertly prepared don't need a lot of overpowering sauces and spices. One of the few places that offers an excellent Lobster Bisque. Homemade Blue Cheese dressing has a hint of dill and pickling spice, excellent. Burgers and steaks are generous and prepared simply with attention to detail. Fried items are light, never greasy. Service is prompt and friendly. Located on the square in McDonough, the old building has it's charms, though not as romantic or charming as some of the other choices near the square.
