I've been gettin my hair cut and colored at rage about 4yrs now and I love it! My hair always looks great when I leave and I will continue to go to rage even after I move away from Athens!

I've now found a salon I like in Atlanta, but while coming to Rage, I had mixed experiences--none of them stellar. I have long hair, and always felt like they wanted to cut it all off rather than listen to what I wanted.

This place is in Athens GA ( 30605). The hair stylist ( so-called) have no clue what they talk about. they will give you all kinds of advices. ones which you did not ask for. there is a BIg mold growing on the ceiling of this place. It has been years that they cleaned it . It is a pubic health hazard and noone cares ( apparently). THe stylist named Brittany, doesn't even know her job. she has no clue about what to do with hair which is not white / blonde or red. All she does is find faults in your hair and finally in the middle of your hair cut she tells you," I can't do it anymore". she is CRAZZZZZZY! please be aware of her. She has no limits on what to talk to the customer and how to talk to people who are there for the services and not for her ranting. BE AWARE ! she is fatally boring and there is no one who can control her!

Rage is about as Athens as it gets in terms of hair salons... I felt like a cliched sorority girl the first time I went, but it was great. Artsy atmosphere, complimentary drinks, wacky stylists. Hair cuts run from $40 on up for women, and god knows how much coloring costs... but you get a free massage out of the deal, and they teach idiots like me how to properly use 'product.'

Heather is a wonderful stylist. She listens to what I am asking her to do and recommends products based on my hair type and style. She is also very sweet! They will also validate parking in the garage downtown, a big plus. Highly recommend Heather at Rage.

This hair studio is awsome! The people are very friendly and the service is great. They make sure that you are very comfortable while you are in their studio by offering you a variety of different beverages. The service is great. My stylist is always very friendly and interested in my life. She always remembers what we talked about from my previous appointment. I always leave thinking that my hair has never looked better!!!
