Steele Jr Frank C - Eagles Landing Family Practice is terrible
by Margaret M.
Horrible service from the YOUNG nurses and front desk. I was misdiagnosed by the doctor and had to make another appointment with a doctor that a friend referred me to. After going to this doctor I was diagnosed with an illness that requires surgery, ELFP completely missed it. My son went to ELFP last year due to Strept Throat, they told him he had mono and told him to go home to rest. We took him to CVS Med-Clinic and his Strept Throat had progressed to the point where he actually had to be hospitalized. We will never go back.

Patient Care
by nnabell M.
I have been seeing Dr. Perry for many years and is irreplaceable. I am considering traveling to Piedmont. Currently I am seeing Dr. Khair and he is OK. But ELFP has gone to the birds. Referral Dept. heads up are extremely rude when calling back i have messages left on my answering service to prove it. The one thing besides the front desk cold and unpleasant attitude is referring patient to other specialties that are not so qualified. We pay good money for our insurances we pay for quality care lets receive it OK.FYI No one can compare to the experience and patient CARE Dr.ALLEN PERRY Provided. What a lose to Eagles Landing Congratulations Piedmont.

Ridiculous Office Staff
by Kris Y.
While the doctors are amazing at ELFP, the front desk staff is horrible. They don't call patients with test results promptly and do not help patients when they call with questions on their test results. I have been hung up on and transferred to voice mails in the middle of my asking a question. One particular person by the name of Emily would hang up as soon as I told her my name. I've been going to this practice for over ten years, but I have recently changed due to the lack of professionalism displayed by the staff. I have recently become very sick and had to undergo several tests to determine what was wrong with me, I had to go to a different practice because ELFP's staff would take weeks at a time to give me test results. So on top of being stressed about not knowing what was wrong with me, I also had to deal with these girls at the front desk who didn't want to be bothered. I had to actually schedule an appointment with the doctor just to ask for my test results there, and decided at that point this wasn't worth it. I don't recommend this place to anyone who wants quality care when they go to the doctor. If you are really sick, rest assured that the office staff will take their time in letting you know and won't help you if you need to ask them about anything.

Dr. Perry's new location
by John S.
Dr. Perry is now with Piedmont Physicians group located in Atlantic Station. The address is:232 19th St.7220, Atlanta, Georgia.
Dr. Perry is an excellent doctor, Eagles Landing Family Practice is not a good practice or employer. The doctors and PA's are what make the practice excellent and they have terminated 4 long-term providers (one who was pregnant) in the past 6 months.

Long Time
by Ken M.
I have been a long time at ELFP, at least 15 years. Both Dr Perry and Dr Kahir are excellent. It has over the last few years become more assembly line medicine. We moved sixty mile away and I continue because Dr Perry was so good and so knowledgeable about my medical history.
Does anyone know where he has gone?

Dr. Heidi Chun
We only have one complaint about ELFP and was when our Family Doctor, of a long time, left. But then we had the opportunity to visit with Dr. Heidi Chun and knew that she was the one to replace the one that left. We are happy again, if not more. You see, no one wants to be treated like live stock. We are people and we are not feeling well and this is the time we need someones attention. This is what we got from Dr. Chun. We are not afraid to say what is the problem or even if we have difficulty trying to explain. The conversation is like talking to a close friend and Dr. Chun takes the time to talk to us in a way for us to understand and not way over our head. We really like Dr. Chun as well as all the staff their in Stockbridge. We look forward to the next visit. Keep up the good work and all of what you do for everyone. Thanks

I have been a patient at ELFP for several years. The doctors are great. When my physical is due, the doctor is always very thorough. The office hours are excellent!

My family and I have been patients at Eagles Landing Family Practice for several years. The staff are very professional and friendly. Since they are open 7 days a week and have extended hours on weekdays, it is always convenient to get an appointment. My doctor of choice there is Dr. Alan Perry, M.D. However, if I am unable to be seen by Dr. Perry, the other Professionals there are outstanding and I have never been disappointed by the care I have received.

My husband and I have been going to this office ever since we moved here in GA twelve years ago and each visit was always been great. Dr. Khair really cares about his patients and that is what I like about their office. The waiting time is really long at times, but it is always worth the wait especially when the staff are nice and helpful. It is hard to get an appointment with Dr. Khair at times, but I guess that is a good thing because a lot of patients including myself prefer going to him.

Dr Perry - Putting Patients at ease
by Anonymous
Dr Perry is an excellent practitioner of medicine. His bedside manner is second to none (a rare thing in my experience). He shows true concern for his patients and works with them to find the best solution for whatever ails them. My wife is very anxious (mild hypochondriac) and we went through many doctors until finding Dr Perry 6 years ago. He always manages to put us at ease and thoroughly follows up any questions we have. Dr Perry is a great Doctor that truly deserves great praise.

This is the general doctor I go to... If you don't get an appointment to go see a doctor, you'd best bring something, you will be there a while.
Hell, even if you make an appointment, usually alot of people are there and you'll be there awhile anyways. Having slightly small waiting rooms doesn't help.
Then you get back to the slightly enclosed rooms, which really don't give you much hope.
But really, the doctors here know their stuff. The doctors are usually pretty good good, which is the main reason to ignore the other crap. I'd recommend it to others, even with the slightly small areas. Just bring something to keep yourself busy.
