Had a delightful dinner at this location. Service was prompt and courteous, and the food was perfect. My friend and I shared the lettuce wraps and the wok-seared lamb chops. Very good.

Pros: Same day reservations for Wednesday

Cons: Skip the valet parking if you can find a spot.

We just ordered out from PF Changs with Mongolian Beef, cashew chicken soup etc. When we pulled the food out of the bag we both commented on how small the portions were. The food tasted very processed with poor flavor. Large chunks of uncooked garlic were in the beef dish. After a few bites we actually threw away our dinner, and called in Canton Cooks. Ah what a difference. There are so many good chinese restaurants in the dunwoody/sandy spring area. I would not recommend PF Changs

What an awful experience had, after years of top-notch service and food. We had reservations at 730PM, got there at 725PM and were told (by this fruit cake host with a tattoo on his neck), "What, five more minutes..." We said, "Great" and happily took a seat. After ignoring us for 15m and seating all his "friends" we got up and asked again, "Can we be seated?" He said, "Five more...five more!" So- after seating 5 of his homies we went up and asked what was going on. He barked back at us and yelled out to "seat these people now!!!" I was steaming when I sat down and asked to speak with management...guy came over to us and gave us the song-and-dance crap...Turns out, he wasn't even the manager, just the host's friend. What a joke, food was bad, service awful and sad to say, turning into a place I would not take a family. It was not clean and the bathroom had wood/mold damage from standing water in the stalls. Gross....not worth the drive up there...absolutely preferential treatment. DO NOT TAKE CORPORATE GUESTS THERE!
Don't let your kids go to bathroom, wow. don't call ahead and make reservations, it makes no difference.

What a beautifully designed restaurant, my guest and I decided to sit outdoors and enjoy the fresh air?well, it began to rain so we had to go inside the restaurant. I ordered something simple cashew chicken, it was flavorless, bland, uneventful. Of course, this gave me a good reason to try the dessert---Banana Spring Roll (You heard me?) The Banana Spring Rolls dessert features six warm bites of banana wrapped in crisp spring rolls, placed around coconut-pineapple ice cream, and drizzled with caramel and vanilla sauces.

PF Changs has dropped in ratings in its food and service. It has turned into one of those mall chains that are great once in a year. The food is too sweet and dunked in sauce so that you cannot taste anything else but the sauce. The service is good and the ambience is average.

If you want good authentic asian food, don't go here. It's americanized overprized asian food. If you're paying too much for asian food, then it's probably not that good. Try somewhere on Buford highway or ask your asian friend for a recommendation.

This is some of the best Chinese around. I strongly suggest the chicken lettuce wraps and the hot fish - my two favorites. The service is just okay, but the food is always good and reasonably priced.

I recently brought my family and in-laws to this location and was very disappointed with service and overall attitude of the restaurant. After making reservation our table still had to be adjusted when we sat down, shuffling chairs and such around making it an uncomfortable situation. We were told that our server could choose our food for us-I don't think so, we are grown adults and we can decide ourselves what we want or don't want to eat. We were also told that she was the best server there, WOW if that is the case I think they should fire everyone and start over. She obviously didn't want to be there and didn't care about giving good service. I had to ask for water several times and dessert took 25minutes and then it was not even good.

Albeit the food was hot and tasted good, the service was average at best and the atmosphere noisy and crowded. The portions when compared to the amount paid for them are quite small. Again, this is not typical "Chinese" food, but Americanized, trendy food that started out with Chinese origins. If you want good Chinese, go to North Peking.

I wasn't sure what to expect of PF Changs. My husband and I are both Chinese and for us, there is no better place to enjoy Chinese food than on Buford Highway. The service/atmosphere is what you would expect from a more upscale restaurant, friendly uniformed servers in an oriental/western decorated dim room. The food however surprised me. I really enjoyed the chicken lettuce wraps appetizer and was very pleased with the Szechuan scallops. The spicy asparagus was a nice compliment to our meal. I don't know if I would go as far as saying this was great Chinese food, but it's certainly Orient influenced good food. I thought the prices were pretty reasonable, prices for vegetable dishes are actually lower than you would find in a true Chinese restaurant, though the entrees are a about a couple of dollars higher.

Overpriced, noisy, crowded, and food slightly better than out of a bag. If you want to rate this place highly, go to Chin Chin first. Trust me.

OK, what does it say about us that we Atlantans keep picking chain restuarants as our "best of" representatives? The food at this particular example is consistent, quality, and well-presented, but about as innovative as the wheel. PF Chang's is plenty good, but if it's the BEST you've had in Atlanta, then you ain't gettin' out much. Try looking for restaurants someplace other than the mall....

I have been to PF Chang's here in Atlanta and in San Diego a few times each. Yes it is Americanized Chinese food but it is always good and fresh. The lettuce wraps are out of this world.

Twice, and shame on me! Ok, the appitizers were tasty but for the second time I ordered the Duck salad and it was so over cooked that I couldn't even chew it, it was like trying to eat a rubber ball! Someone need to learn how to cook Duck.... Never again...

First, I guess that the majority of the people reviewing here perhaps do not realize that this is a chain restaurant, albiet an upscale one. This is not supposed to be the be all to end all of Chinese Food. It is more like nouveau Chinese. I love the lettuce wraps, love the orange peel beef and the steamed spinach. Those meals alone keep me coming back!

The food at PF Chang's is not all that bad, but please, this is not Chinese food!!! It is insulting to all Chinese to consider this good Chinese food. It is only so popular because somehow it's considered trendy. Sure, the restaurant is set up nicely, and in all fairness, the food is not bad tasting. I don't have a problem with the restaurant and the food, but I have a problem with people actually believing that they serve good Chinese food there. If you want good Kung Pao Chicken and Dan Dan noodles, go try the real thing at Little Szechuan.

Even though I can accept that this restaurant serves "Americanized" Chinese food, I still can't comprehend why it is considered #1. My only guess is that it is considered "trendy", and their advertising campaign has done a pretty good job. The lettuce wraps were pretty good, but otherwise, you can pretty much order similar tasting dishes elsewhere.

I have just moved back to the area, and have eaten here at least 6 times in the last 5 weeks. The service and atmosphere are superb, but the best thing about this restaurant is the Kung Pao Chicken and the Dan Dan noodles. These have become a staple in my life, almost as much as sitting in traffic.
