I have been a customer of this salon for the last 2 years and love Letitica to death as my stylist. Though the last few times I have gone to see her for a haircut I have been very put off by the professionalism of the other staff present. When I go to the salon, like other customers, I assume that my experience will be calming, serene, and just plain relaxing. Having to listen to the staff goof off, play games while answering the phone, and gossiping is not my idea of relaxing. Also on the last occassion I felt horrible for another customer whose color job turned out awful and the staff were clueless on how to handle the situation.
This is a shame too since this is an Aveda Salon. Im pretty sure Aveda wouldnt be happy to hear about this. Also in regards to the other poster who was unhappy with their experience, that was probably the most unprofessional response that was given to her. Next time you might want to try a simple apology with a note of please come by the salon so we can work the situation out instead of a nasty, defensive retort. That response proves my point on the lack of professionalism.
This salon needs to get its act together or most of its clientele will be visiting the other Aveda salon in town.
