On the 2 occasions that I was forced to deal with their installer, Jamie Hubbard, I found him inept and rude. 2 years ago, on Mr. Hubbard's initial visit, he told us we wouldn't be able to install a system in our new house due to the way the house was plumbed. We called our previous installer in Florida who immediately told us that there should be no problem. He told us that we just needed to use KCl instead of the traditional NaCl. We then enlightened Mr. Hubbard as to the use of KCl and he proceeded to install the system, but with an attitude of "I don't want to be here". Today, I tried to speak with Mr. Hubbard about an issue with my R.O. system. He completely dismissed the fact that I was having a problem and told me it was just the normal workings of an R.O. system. He wouldn't listen to a word I said, even when I tried to point out that my water bills have doubled over the last 2 months since the onset of this issue. He was very rude and they have now lost our business.
I have been using youngs to get my bottled water for a year or two now. I had previously tried Crystal Springs, but it eventually got too expensive. Since I already owned the cooler I wanted to continue getting water, but I didn't want to pick it up myself. I called Youngs to get a quote. I was very pleased with the price they offered, and I have been equally pleased with the service they have provided. They always deliver my water on my porch, no lifting heavy bottles for me!
