Car Spa

I bought an oil change and a car wash. The guys at the lube shop were quick and did a good job.

Then came the car wash.

The car wash was done in a hurry and there was still residue on the inside of the windows after they were 'finished'.

Later in the day I found they had scratched the tint on three of the windows and even scratched the windshield. All scratches are on the inside and in the swirl pattern from wiping the windows.

I talked with a manager and he said he hadn't seen this before and that he would not resolve this issue.

I do not recommend.

Brought my car to be washed, vacuumed, dusted on the inside (nothing unusual and which is the package I paid for) and my car was as dusty and dirty on the inside as it was when I brought it in. This is the second time this has happened and I will never go back...ever. Poor customer service, poor quality cleaning. Don't waste your money.

The cost for a simple wash is entirely too high for the service provided. It is fine if you are in a pinch and have no other means to clean your vehicle. However, if you are a true car enthusiast and really care about potential swirl marks in the clear coat of your vehicle, then I would find another place.

They use enough soap, but the amount of water and quality of water is questionable at best. I have never been a fan of towel drying by people. You can never really know the type of towels used or how clean they are. Likewise, depending on the day and people, they push extra items on you.

So, I can't give them a failing grade, but I honestly couldn't recommend them (for the price and quality) to anyone looking for the best and safest means to clean your car.

I've gone here several times and still continue to go because its quicker than me doing it myself and usually i don't feel like it but they don't always do a great job. it really depends on the person cleaning your car. this last time i went it was exceptionally great service but i've had bad experiences in the past.

This is a great place to take your car in between weekly or bi-weekly visits to the car wash. Your car is cleaned inside and out; you'll feel like you got a new vehicle. :)

This is a great place to get your car washed. They are efficient, and they do a fairly good job for the price. Watch out for coupons, you can get your interior and exterior washed for $2.99. Avoid Saturdays as they are really packed. You can also get a discount on gas when you get a car wash.
