***WARNING*** Got one star only because there was nothing lower...
Good friend of mine got majorly worked over.... This company charged 100 per hr for a service call (8 hrs)... still was unable to fix. Took it to shop, then two weeks later, after friend was able to, finally, make contact, company owner brought replacement.
Original computer: IBM with Intel P4, 1GB RAM, new vid card and 80 Gig HD
Replacement: Knockoff brand, P2, 64 MB RAM, integrated vid and 6 Gig HD
Excuse for replacement. "Harddrive was fried, computer could not be repaired (thrown away)"
Needless to say, the replacement cannot effectively run WinXP and is virtually useless for anything other than a paperweight.
DO NOT USE THESE GUYS...
