This company has absolutely no values at all. Terrible experiences, horrible practices. I currently have a system and dealing with them is a nightmare! I expanded my business, and needed more security. They send a salesman named Brett.

The most difficult company I have ever worked with. Every time I had to deal with them, it was painful. Installation took several visits and lots of calls to get set up. Billing was a nightmare.

Only twice in my life have a felt wronged and angered enough by a company to post a negative review. And this, is the worst. After having the same billing address for 6 years, for some unknown reason, it was changed on their end. I

LOUD security wired my low voltage wires when I was building my home in Harmony On The Lakes. Pulte contracted them to to all the low voltage in the neighborhood so I was pretty much not given a choice other than to use them but I figured these guys are "professionals" so they know what they are doing. Boy was I wrong! All I asked for was 6 pre run speaker wires, one Data line from the media closet on the first floor to my second floor and two "ready to mount" TV plasma setups.
So when I went to hook up my data line to my router I noticed they were two of them. I knew which ones were the data jacks because they were the only blue CAT5's, surely not because they were labeled. That would cost too much!! When I asked the representative why two and did they give me an extra data line, he says they must have cut it in the wall by accident or something and that I was only given one. Yet they felt it was ok to punch that "unknown" data line down! And speaking of punch down, they also punched down my data line to a telephone block. HINT: Data lines do not work on telephone blocks the same way telephones do. So when I called the representative again he says I did not pay for a data block. WHAT!? That sort of comes with the data line!! But anyway he did admit to the error and that they should have capped the line with a Ethernet plug. So I was like, why did you not? Keep in mind, not once did he offer to come out and see the house or offer any assistance and a matter of fact I believe he hung up on me because I never got a returned call. So I decided to spend 20 dollars and put my own patch panel in my media closet.
Because if this I decided to contact LOUD personally and so I did. They got another (higher up) representative to call me only to get the same excuses with no compensation other than they would give me a discount on any other services! Yea right!! He goes on to further explain how LOUD does not make as much on these jobs with Pulte because Pulte takes a cut! How is this my problem? You guys signed a contract with Pulte and Pulte in returns only uses your service when ordering low voltage. So I ask how are you losing money? But again not my problem and no excuse for sloppy work b
But now the TOPPER!! The other issues I can fix but can you believe they ran for my Home Theatre and Home Speaker System 18AWG wire!! Not even speaker wire. It was like telephone wire. Most people interested in audio and I would hope most Professional should know the standard minimum AWG for speaker wires 50' or less is at least 16AWG and thicker for Home Theatre Systems. This to me was the icing on the cake as they say, because speaker wire for the most part is permanent. I can't fix that without making a big mess. LOUD in my opinion a company trying to get bigger and doing that by cutting out the what they consider "unnecessary" cost of delivering a quality product. It's sad to see companies behave like this just to make a buck.

I previously was a customer with another well known security company for over 12 years until they decided to not treat me as a valuable customer in transferring my service. I contacted Loud
Security Systems, and I must say that this is an outstanding company from the top all the way down. I have had an opportunity to meet and talk with John Loud, the owner of the company who is an outstanding individual, and various other individuals from the director of sales to sales people and installation technicians. This is a top notch company with top notch service! I am looking forward to a long term relationship with Loud.

Our HOA hired Loud Security last year to provide access control to our subdivision pool. Most of us thought it was a waste at the time at first, but it has proven its worth.

I wasn't really a fan of the system until I realized how much money it was saving the subdivision and the board. Now that we have the ability to simply turn access to the amenties on and off, people are finally paying their HOA dues. It's amazing how fast someone will pay their HOA dues when little Mikey wants to go swimming and cant get in the gate.

Thanks to all at Loud Security for Helping. Your service was a great value and your customer service was top notch.

've been a customer for years. I have always been very happy with my service.

From experience, I can tell you that this company is a great company that goes beyond the expectations of most of it's customers (myself included). Their customer service is some of the best that I have ever seen.

John Loud and the business have been nominated for business of the year, recognized by the Atlanta Business Chronicle, and I personally know that John himself sits on the board with the Cheifs of Police for false alarm reduction.

This company truly cares about its people, its community and its customers. With a team like that, you are virtually gauranteed to have a good experience.

This company has outdated, overpriced systems. Mine was defective and they were unable to correct the problems. The customer service was non-existant and the owner, John Loud, appears to be in many cases of litigation against his own clients. The contracts they offer are very long term. God help you if you try to get out of one!
