If your AC goes out, find another business to call.This business has missed appointments (never called or showed up), do substandard work, and leave your place messy and dirty. They did NOTHING to help figure out what was wrong with my AC and they could have cared less to help me. , I truly feel like I was robbed. Avoid this company at all costs!

It was the middle of August and our air-conditioner went out- on a Friday afternoon! I had two small children and guests coming into town. I did a search online and began calling companies to see who could come out the soonest and this company answered the call. The technician came out Saturday morning and "fixed" the air-conditioner, which broke again later that evening. I called the company and they came out the next morning and "fixed" the problem again- replacing a major part for free. At this point it was obvious even to me that there was a bigger rpoblem and I expressed this but was told by the same technician that it was probably a faulty part. The same part burnt out after a few hours and by that time I needed a working air-conditioner so I called another company (Fulton Electric). They came out and fixed the problem and it has been working well ever since (3 years). I called the company to complain and was told I needed to write a detailed report about the experience and they would "look into the matter". I chose instead to tell everyone I knew what a lousy job they did.

CONS: No clue what they're doing and bad customer service
