Love your shop and have been the lucky recipient of the chocolates many times; the photos are wonderful in chocolate, and the designs so charming we often hate to consume the goods! When a new box arrives, my family often "fights" over who gets to eat which candy since we all have our favorites; mine is the key lime. I also love to give the chocolates and even some of the gifts, including an umbrella with chocolate images. I wish this shop was located closer to me, though that would not be good for my waistline.

I have been a regular customer since the store opened several years ago. Not only are the chocolates out-of-this-world excellent, but the owners and staff are very helpful and appreciative; they earn high praise for superior quality of product and service.

Over the years, I have given a number of their novelty items (chocolate telephones, computers, picture frames, etc., with edible photos/images) to friends and family on special occasions. These items are often a topic of conversation because they are both delicious as well as unusual.

As a corporate sales rep, it is my job to get in front of top level executives. The problem is so many other reps are trying to do the same thing. I go to Schakolad to get very creative gifts that help me get in front of these very busy executives. The messages that can be put on chocolate are amazing, cute and unique. My return rate has been phenomenal! I would recommend this place to anyone that needs a creative and unique gift (for any occasion or profession).

My husband discovered this small chocolate shop, located in Sandy Springs, and began to bring me home little boxes of their chocolates home of a regular basis. I am a chocoholic, and will pay to have the finest, artisanal chocolates shipped to me from all over the country. Not any more! Schakolad's chocolates are amazing...incredibly fresh, aromatic and elegant in presentation.
Whether you like your chocolate sweet and milky, or dark, rich and bitter (my preference!), Schakolad's will have something that will knock your socks off. If they don't, they are always open to suggestions. They customer service is not to be beat. They make sure that their customers leave happy and satisfied. I am thrilled I don't have to pay for 2 day shipping ever again!

The Schakolad Team is very helpful, creative and enthusiastic about designing special chocolate creations for customers. You give them a message and they will create a chocolate gift that "wows" the customers and the chocolate is AWESOME!

My guy friend had to supply giveaways for his instructors, as part of his Business Administration Senior Project, at Devry University last evening. I love things that stand out and upon doing some research on places that do customized products in the local area, I found Schakolad and immediately became interested in their business card logo chocolate bars. I thought that this would be a nice touch for my friend's giveaways, and boy was I right!!! He loved them and so did everyone else! To think that you can even eat the rice paper that the business card is printed on makes it even more awesome! Even though the giveaways were only supposed to be for the instructors, I had purchased quite a few extras and our table was constantly approached by students who wanted the chocolate business cards. The service by Craig and his staff is some of the best service I have had in a long time. This store definitely has my business for years to come. To tell you more about their great service, my friend needed to re-order more business cards with his new numbers. I couldn't get in touch with our developer to get our business numbers changed on the business card so that I could get it sent out to print new business cards. Craig was able to still use the old business card by replacing the old numbers with the new numbers before putting it on the chocolate bars. NOW THAT'S GREAT SERVICE! AND SERVICE I WILL BE GOING BACK FOR!!! My friend's company which was also his project from last night, and another company we own, will be kicking off in the next month. We can't wait to go back to see Craig again at Schakolad. We will be using Schakolad again as we start doing different business events and functions for our clients. Although I must say I won't be able to wait that long. Talk about delicious! I have never had a more delicious piece of chocolate in my life and have already snuck and eaten three of my friend's business cards. The milk chocolate is so rich and creamy. I have to stop eating his business cards and go by and see Craig at Schakolad's really really really soon! Can't wait! And you shouldn't either! Get down there and go see what you are missing! They let you sample a piece of their great chocolate. Simply delicious and creative chocolates coupled with great service! You can't beat it!

My husband literally has a box of chocolates from Schakolad Chocolates (Dunwoody) every week. If he has to work late or past store hours, he makes sure that his wife is traversed over to the store to get a full box of their delicious truffles. He especially prefers the "dark" ones! I, personally, like a little of everything in the store, i.e., the chocolate "body" paint (always good for Valentine's Day), the white and dark chocolate bark, hand-dipped strawberries...YUMMO! Even a few days without their chocolate can make you w-e-a-k at the knees!

After visiting family members who live locally over 3 years ago, a recommendation was to make my last stop to Schakolad (a favorite of my sister-in-law who is a regular) before heading back to Philadelphia for some treats for my children. I would have gladly missed my plane after stepping foot into this store! Just the aroma of chocolate throughout made me want to never leave. As a proclaimed chocoholic, I found my nirvana!!!
I ended up leaving with not only amazing treats for the children, but for my husband, teacher gifts for the holiday (that I must repeat each year!) as well as a house warming basket that was sent directly from the store by Craig and Sheree, the owners (who are most accomodating!), all the way to Ohio!!! Not only did I leave with a bag for my flight (love the dark chocolate bark!!), but now when I need a special gift (or a chocolate fix), I call them first! The fact that they ship is a bonus since I don't live locally, but they make me feel like I do! Now I need to call and place an order..my mouth is salivating just thinking of their chocolates!!

Pros: Chocolates that are superb, owners that are wonderful!

Cons: That I live 500 miles away!

What makes Schaklod Chocolate Factory on Hammond Drive so special is the effort that owners, Craig and Sherrie put into every detail of their store. Even before walking in, you are greeted by the fantastic scent of chocolate being freshly made. Once inside you're overcome by the display cases teeming with all types of chocolates and truffles, in addition to amazing chocolate molds, many of which I have had custom prepared. If you have questions about what to get, everyone at Schkolad is happy to help recommend the perfect treat whether you're indulging yourself, or getting something special for a friend. Even the specialty wrapping is beautiful so you don't have to do a thing after leaving the store. Whether you are visiting Schakolad during the Holidays or for Mother's Day, the store is always wonderfully decorated and inviting. Definitley stop by, after all, its always a good time for chocolate.

I crave chocolate, and have come to crave specific choclate that Schakolad makes - i.e., their dark bark, chocolate covered orange peels, potato chips, etc. - everyone in my family has their favorite and I always shop there for birthdays, stocking stuffers, etc. Also a great place to get teacher & thank you gifts - who doesn't love chocolate? The quality is unmistakingly superb, and the variety is terrific - especially at holidays and for special occassions. One of my favorite places to get gifts (and enjoy some for myself too)!

I work near Schakolad Chocolate Factory and go there often. The service is great and I am in and out in no time!! The first time I went I did not know what to expect. They guided me to the perfect gift for my wife. Since then I go there often for friends and co-workers birthday's holidays etc.

Our first visit to Atlanta was highlighted by a visit to Schakolad Chocolate Factory and store. The staff is very helpful and friendly, offering tasty samples while we shopped. The dark chocolate truffles are exceptional -- delicate flavor and creamy texture. Quite a treat, and well worth the visit!

What an experience. You walk in the shop to the most wonderful smell of all the chocolate treats and I've always been greeted by the great smile of the owner Craig. It is always the little things that make this place stand out and keep me coming back for more. From a simple tasting of a new truffle, to the expert gift ideas, I've never been disappointed or shown up at a party without the perfect gift!

Favorites are the dipped strawberries and the cherries but the kid's favorites have to be the chocolate covered pretzels. The solid chocolate roses are a nice touch to go along with the edible chocolate body paint for the more adventurous!!

A newsletter alerted me to Schakolad Chocolate Factory. I went to the Perimeter area to check it out and found the best chocolate ever! It's better than Godiva. I have traveled in much of the world and have found nothing to surpass their chocolates and the care Craig and his staff put into making them. As a gift to myself I decided on a champagne and chocolate birthday party. Craig couldn't have been more kind, helpful and interested in providing the best service possible. He and his staff went out of their way to accommodate me and my guests' dietary needs, and my scheduling difficulties. I will be a customer for life.

I love chocolate. If it wasn't fattening, I would eat it everyday. My husband brought me my first schakolad lollypop (and more) from our local store on Valentine's Day. I have been crazy about it since. I wanted to order online after the closest store closed. It was literally 1 block away. It took a long hard time to find it online because of the spelling. I must say I almost panicked before I found it. I do wish the same (specialty) items were offered online. There is a store on Windward pky. now, but the traffic is hideous around there and I don't get out much. It doesn't matter because as long as I can get the pure chocolate candy bars online, I'm happy. It is however the chocolate I LOVE!!!!! Glad I found you... Your chocolate is definitely THE BEST I have EVER had!!!!!!

chocolate lovers rejoice! Best chocolate in town. I have found that it is a better value than Godiva & taste just as good, if not better. They make all their chocolates in the store & will customize your order for any occasion.
I have been a satisfied customer now for over 5 years. Great job Craig & Sheree!

Best Chocolate Ever!! As Easter approached I needed to get my daugther a chocolate bunny and I stumbled upon Schakolad. They make all their chocolate in the store fresh and also make anything you can think of in chocolate like phones, computers, truffles, strawberries, let your imagiation run wild. My daughter and myself went crazy. Needless to say this is a wonderful store and if you love chocolate, you will love Schakolad and never eat any other chocolate again!

Having spent parts of four years coaching basketball in Europe, I can truly say that the chocolate at Shakolad is as good or better than anything you might find in Austria, Belgium, or Germany.

I have been going to Schakolad for about 8 months now. Their white chocolate covered strawberries are to die for. The fruit is always firm and sweet and the chocolate always has the right consistency. They also offer this neat points card where every time you spend money you get money back on your card. Craig, Sheree and their staff are always pleasant and eager to help. I will be a customer for a very long time.

Pros: starwberries half the price of Godiva and %150 better
